Comment: This place was really great walked in with a bunch of heavy clothing hoodies, sweatpants, etc looking for open washers when Tony, one of the employees came up to me and told me to follow him to the big washers in the back. They expanded it and have more space and more free dryers. The extra Extra large ones at the very back are pay as you go dryers. Its clean and well maintained

Staff constantly cleans after customers finish. Carla is VERY helpful offering to carry bags to car or assist with your laundry needs. They also have laundry items (regular size) for sale. Perks...Massage chairs 1$ for five minutes, Prepackaged ice cream, Pop machines, snack machines & a currency exchange inside( never used that)

Comment: Overall, I am pleased! I have been twice; the first time I had 10 super full laundry bags. Their biggest washer washes up to 5 loads at once, I used all 10 that they had (one of my super full laundry bags filled each)! There are plenty more medium or standard washing machines. That was my first time ever at a laundry mat, the employee there was so sweet, and so helpful! I had my two boys with me, she was great with them too! The washers I used were all clean (inside and out), they were easy to use, they worked great, and they only cost $5.75 each. The dryers are FREE, so the cost seems fair! The dryers are big, and there are plenty. They have temperature settings, the “high” drys for 30 minutes, if you put a full 5 loads you restart it one time and your full load is dry (comforters and all). There is plenty of counter space for folding, plenty of rolling baskets with bars to hang your clothes, benches, vending machines, arcade area, and massage chairs. Everything is working and clean as far as machines and entertainment. My second visit the owner misread a situation and was quick to yell at me over the massage chair beeping that I had not paid (I had paid, the time ran out while I was helping my son with his IPad, and I was about to put more money when he walked in). I spoke to him in person about my experience, he did apologize. Aside from that less than delightful experience, the staff of the owner seem great. The supplies are available for purchase, but honestly very pricey, best to bring your own washing supplies. I have made this laundry mat my one and only stop for my laundry. Hoping for no more mishaps:)

Comment: A lot of people have complained about smelly washers, and the reason is because people dont let them air our after washing. Nevertheless, I still dont understand what the problem is; the washers smell great after a single wash and theyve never ruined my clothes. They are clean af, especially compared machines at different laundromats where my friend once found a rubber. I have NEVER seen any rubbers here, or any foreign objects in my wash, which is a good sign! :) The default settings are different for each washer and reset if you wait too long after a time out, so always double check your settings before hitting start.The location can get busy, so choose your time carefully. The owner does care about this location: the dryers are recently replaced, and the AC has been fixed to help combat all the heat. The owner is very friendly with his regular customers. Take your time if you explain a problem to him since English isnt his first language.The girl that cleans up is the best! She speaks many languages and will drop everything to help you out in a heartbeat! Her attitude is always friendly, just make sure you explain the issue and have some patience since it is a small family business and can get really busy at times.The music is too quiet. Turn it up! Turn it up! I expect some bumpin tunes while I concurrently sanitize my apparel.Watch your back since there is a lot of crime in the area and sketchy scammers have approached me multiple times. People are nice and will hold open doors while you wheel in your laundry, but if some nincompoop wont leave you alone, flex your bear arms!Overall, I love this place and will spend my shekels here forever, and you should too!
