I walked in and from the moment that I got there, it was nothing but good vibes friendly environment clean space and well kepted equipment and if all of that wasn’t enough they’ve hired some of the best staff possible a young lady by the name of Ashley walked up to me and greeted me kindly and ask me if she could help me out with anything I didn’t know how the machines worked and she kindly took her time to see to it that I had gotten my laundry done she walked me thru the process step by step and made me feel so welcomed I really appreciate the hospitality that she showed me and definitely will be coming back to wash here

Comment: Been awhile since I had to wash clothes at a laundromat so when I walked in this place it blew my mind just how washing and dryers have change. The place is very interactive with screens that show you the duration of your wash and dry. Most people dont carry cash anymore and this place had a place to use your debit or credit card to add money to your card you use to use the machines. Ashley the attendant at SpinXpress Laundry was very nice and helpful and patient because I didnt know what I was doing and she walked me through the whole process. Definitely a cool place to do laundry.

She was hands on and went over and beyond to make sure I learned everything. From how to load the card, to which machines would be best for the amount of clothes I had, and even the proper temperature to wash with. Furthermore, the place was extremely clean and presentable. I would recommend this laundromat to anyone. Once again, Senia is the reason that I’ll be returning to this facility as long as I’m in town!

But as I was sitting down waiting for my clothes to dry I hear a lady raising her voice at the worker being very disrespectful towards her and using inappropriate language. The worker just kept her composure as she should and as the lady was leaving the store she screamed rude things from across the store towards the worker who was in the back folding clothes. I don’t think it’s fair that some customers come here and get mad at the workers about them not knowing how to work the machines properly. If you have questions ask. The whole staff is amazing. Some People are just very rude. I will be back though I loved !

Doesn’t need cash. You can use a debit, credit, or cash app card to load money on your spin card. I been using this laundry mat for 2 months now. They have many size washer and dryer for different prices. Great service from Ashley!

Comment: My friend and I tried SpinXpress today because our regular place was closed. Our experience was extremely positive. Catherine was WONDERFUL, and helped me get my laundry card (which was FREE) loaded and registered. She also checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything. Super sweet and super helpful.The place is very, very clean, with a LOT of machines. The prices are reasonable, and the dryers are way above average. They reverse their spin every few minutes, preventing clothes from clumping together, with fewer wrinkles.5 stars and 2 thumbs up. This is our new regular place!

I typically dont use laundry mats but my washer is not working so I had seen this place on my way to work before and decided to give it a try and was impressed with how clean it was.
