Comment: I’ve been a patron of Spin Express since I had trouble with my washing machine at home. My very first visit, the manager on duty was Rosita. She kindly showed me how the machines didn’t take money, got me set up with the payment card etc. I even managed to put my detergent in the wrong reservoir. She quickly got a jug of water and flushed my detergent through so it reached my clothes. I love when I bump into Rosita on the weekends I go to do my laundry. When she is not there I am glad that she has some time off because she deserves it!Today, Saturday August 26th, I visited to do my laundry. I used a different machine than I usually do. I watched as the machine began to run. I was a little concerned because it didn’t seem like the machine had enough water. I approached Alexander and together we watched the machine. In all honesty, I may have used too large of a machine for the amount of clothes I was washing. He assured me that if the clothes didn’t wash to my liking that he would redo the wash for me. When my wash cycle ended, he came to check to see if I was satisfied with the wash. I consider this excellent customer service and the type of “front of the house” management a business owner would want.So kudos to Rosita and Alexander for being so welcoming and helpful to those who visit Spin Express. I almost don’t want to replace my washer at this point! 😊

Besides the high tech washers and dryers that are very reasonably priced, there is a very large sitting area to watch TV, use your computer or whatever. Not the simple chairs and tables. He explained all the deals Spinxpress has, like Wednesday Movie nights, and the discounts on certain washers, and discounts on Thursday mornings for veterans. They also provide a per Lb laundry service and were holding a raffle for a free 20lb bag of wash, dry and fold that we got lucky enough to win. There is plenty of tables and chairs, and even 8 screens for kids to play video games. They have tvs playing movies and vending machines for snacks and drinks. They also have all kinds of laundry detergent and softener for sale for those times you forgot yours:) Will definitely be making this spot my GoTo for all my laundry needs!

Comment: Rosita deserves a raise! Y’all machines were giving everyone trouble and the change machine wasn’t excepting money and she made everything work. Kept all the customers calm while the machines were giving us trouble. Kept the place clean and just was an all out nice genuine person… She was running around sweating trying to make sure everyone was ok and she did just that.

Comment: Spin express is my #1 laundry place to go to. Especially on Wednesdays since they have raffles going on, free popcorn, free movie night and the $6 machines are $4 from 3pm-8pm. Also thanks to delilah for her awesome customer service. She was so helpful and welcoming since the moment I walked in.

Comment: Hello, my name is Lillie! I would like to give my experience today for the first time. I heard about this laundromat from a neighbor and today I decided to try it. Vianney gave me attention as soon as I walk through the doors. Very good customer service and made sure if anything I wasn’t sure of to let her know. Pleasant atmosphere and clean setting, I recommend her today for being a friendly concern worker.

Comment: Delay is the best she’s a very big help! I love washing my clothes here. They always keep the facility clean, restrooms included. My son loves coming to play the games too. I highly recommend coming to wash your clothes here

Comment: Good customer service here! It was my first time and they walked me through everything and treated me so well. They are super clean, friendly and good prices for washing and drying. Katherine was there to assist me at the front and she gave me such good thorough service even though people were waiting to speak to her. I felt at home and comfortable. Best laundry experience ever!

Comment: A young man named Israel works here hes an outstanding young man! Hes steady busy is very courteous helps me and my old lady all the time wonderful place to come wash and dry clothes. Every time we come here he greets us with a smile hes very helpful and always busy always!

Comment: Very spacious, and decent pricing, not to mention how fast these machines wash, it really lives up to its name. In 18 min the 5 load machine was done washing, and the dryers are huge, never seen them that big.

Comment: I came here just because I wanted to check it out and I can tell you that the place did not disappoint. For less than $10 I was able to wash 3 of my pets beds and 3 blankets. The place is super clean and it has many washers and dryers available. The gliding area and the waiting areas are amazing and they look cool. It took me about $10 and 1 hour of my time to get their stuff cleaned. First time here and I love this place. 👍🏽

Comment: Large facility with a lot of machines. New construction so everything is looking great. Lots of nice seating area n a couple of tvs for your viewing pleasure. Nice kiddie area. Machines uses a card, but easy to get n use. Staff always busy keeping up with the cleanliness of the store. They are friendly n helpful as well. I hope they will keep their price competitive so I can keep coming back after their grand opening price disappears.
