From the moment I walk into this laundromat, I was overwhelmed with exhaustion from the heat and moving all day, and I knew nothing about this process, as I am used to having my own appliances in my home. From start, throughout, and finish, this employee provided customer service on a level I’ve never experienced which is sad, but so true! Her willingness to help not even just me, but in observation of others coming in, it is as though she enjoyed her job and wanted to do it well; she helped everyone and was sooooo friendly simultaneously! I had to stop her and ask her name again so I can do what most people don’t do which is give credit where due! Everyone is quick to complain! I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND AM BLOWN AWAY BY HER. Comment: Spin Xpress is a very nice facility- very different from your typical laundry mat. What originally caught my eye was the building itself very well lit and looked inviting. Upon entering I was amazed at the overall design esthetic… the doors slid open for one. I was like oookkkay! And upon entering further all the details amazed me. The design thought process was very well planned. They have a station where you can register and load your card and once your wash and dry is finished- you receive a text letting you know it’s finished. I thought that was pretty amazing just in case you have to step out and run and errand or two. They have a play stations/area for the kids which is great cause it’s usually kids running around at other laundry mats. They also have multiple televisions you can watch no matter what part of the laundry mat your in and little lounge areas which is a nice touch. It’s so nice, I’m going to actually fold my clothes here. Typically I throw them in the basket and fold at home but it’s so nice and relaxing-why not? Last but not least the customer service I received was very extraordinary, Samuel Jones greeted me the moment I walked in, he showed me how to load my card and get it registered and explained how the card machine worked. He also showed me the different washing products they sell and even let me smell them so that I made the right choice-which was awesome because I’m very picky about smells and I smelled a couple of them like 3 times before picking one and he wasn’t bothered by it at all, he told me to take my time. He showed me how to work the washer and dryer and was very patient with me because I had to go back to the car to grab some more clothes and a blanket I had left. He waited and still assisted me in showing me how to work the washer. He, I and another customer chatted for a bit about the establishment and how amazed we were about how nice it was. It makes you actually feel good about laundry day because staying in apartments a lot of people like myself dread washing and will wait until the very last garment before saying okay… let’s get it done. It makes me want to come back and wash before the clothes hit the rim of laundry basket. I will definitely be back! They also have perks which is very considerate like every Wednesday you get $2 off the big washers with movie night. I’ll be here for movie night at least once a month for sure!

She explained that you could have an extra wash and or rinse - which I was looking for. She explained how the cash and card works for the machines. If you dont have detergent and etc. you could purchase that there. The laundromat was clean and well air conditioned. They have seating that is quite comfortable and table where you can do work. She walked checking the bathrooms and doing her work too. This is the only place that I will go for my washing and drying needs. THANK YOU Ms. Eboni for taking the time and helping me when needed. Many people complain that they might lose their card, so they give you the option to register your card free of cost so that if you happen to lose it, the money that you had on your card will always be available when you get a new one .Because I have registered my card, I am also notified when my cycles are completed !Spinxpress has an array of Huebsch washing machines from 2 loads all the way to 8 loads .That means Extra Heavy duty washing .Not to mention that you can wash in a 2 load machine for only 50 cents !(This deal will last for a limited time only)Personally I have spent about $14 to $16 in prior Laundry’s .But At SpinXpress, the max Ive spent as of now has only been 8$ .The dryers are fairly pricey, starting at $1.25, however it is a definite fair deal because the time starts off at 30 minutes ! If you need extra time you may add 10 minutes for every 25 cents !If you have homework or need to handle emails or simply study, SpinXpress has a designated study area .A restroom for both women and men is available .Vending machines and select soaps are at your disposal .Quite frankly, I no longer feel hectic to wash my clothes at a laundry . The only BETTER option would be to have a washer and dryer of my own . Which I do not currently have!Until then, SpinXpress is where I will have my clothes cleaned to a “Like New” standard !

Comment: Place amazing it’s cheaper than any other washateria . Spent $5 on a 8 wash and dried my clothes. And Greg help me setting up my card and it tells me when my clothes done and everything. I’ll be back soon !!!!!!!

Comment: VERY clean and neat, brand new washers & dryers, staff friendly & helpful. Greg was very helpful in showing me the ropes & explaining everything to me. Friendly staff, always cleaning. This is a fantastic place with wonderful employees.Lots of big screen tvs to watch while your laundry is in. Snacks & laundry products available. Great prices!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!
