He helped me carry my laundry out to my car which was awesome! The facility is very clean and there never seems to be a shortage of machines! I always have like 5 totes of laundry so that helps!

Comment: Amazing laundry mat I have traveled all over Corpus Christi area and this is the one I stick with . The staff is so friendly and kind and helpful they let me film while I wash my clothes . Mathew is always working so hard wiping down the washers sweeping always cleaning the restrooms. The restrooms are always clean and smell so good. And bonus they give you free popcorn and have Wi-Fi and tvs so you can enjoy a show while you wait for your clothes. Awsome place . I highly recommend it

Opened up the bag and saw what looked like little presents…ribbons tied into bows keeping each stack of clothes in place. I have never experienced such stellar customer service as I have here at Spin Xpress.

I thought she was a manager the way she was handling herself. When we were Folding she made sure to let us know they could help us out to the car with our things or offered bags for clothes that didnt fit in our buckets. Will be coming back for sure!!

Comment: I have been doing my laundry at SpinExpress for a good while now. I love the ease of using a card instead of messing with a pocket full of quarters. Today I made the mistake of accidentally leaving my laundry card in the machine after loading $30 more on it. The amount on the card at the time I lost it was $42.75. I mentioned it to attendant Terry Rodriguez who went out of her way to contact a supervisor, NOT ON DUTY. Terry was able to get my entire balance on a 2nd card that I had just bought to continue with my laundry. I was prepared to accept the loss but thanks to Terry, I had a very good outcome.Thank you Terry and all the staff at SpinExpress! I have always had a great experience there!!!

Comment: Overall, this place is clean, large and the staff is friendly. The only issue is if you happen to get there at 9:30 pm, you wont be able to wash a load of clothes. They close at 11:00 pm. Laundry only takes 20- 30 minutes and then drying which is maybe 20 to 25 minutes. Youre out of there by 10:30 to 10:40 the latest. Most laundromats Ive been to dont allow you to wash your clothes an hour before they close, not a hour an a half. I drove across town to do my laundry there so it was inconvenient for me.
