Comment: I just wanted to give Mr. Julio a shout out! Hes a cordial and kind employee, always helping you with a smile on his face. I have seen how diligently he works to keep this SpinXpress location clean and how well he works the front desk as well. Weve been coming to this laundromat for a while now and have always been satisfied with the services they provide. I usually use the wash and fold service and I recommend it 100%. The facility is well lit and the machines are always working.

Im very happy with spinx being able to do my laundry without going to the ATM to get money out for quarters I use my tap pay on the phone.... Washers and Dryers work very well... Very happy with the place over all 👍🏼 I get bonuses on the card for keeping the same one..

She was very professional and respectful. She was busy and by her self, but just by looking at her I could tell she was commuted to her job doing the best she could, and she was. Comment: Would have given 5 stars if it werent for some people washing their clothes at home then bringing their wet laundry to dry here in the dryers taking up all the big dryers, or someone who has washed a whole lot of laundry there and then place 1 or 2 items of laundry in 2 or 3 dryers while they load another dryer thus taking up all of the big dryers. Main point is, they need more large dryers for as much business as they have.

Comment: EDIT: What has happened in 2 years. I reviewed this place cuz it WAS great and now...air conditioner is not doing its job. Floor looks like it hasnt been swept. Looks like theres a leak in the ceiling. Did they turn off the fun zone cuz of covid? Its a large laundromat...I get it, but your employees have to keep up with it!!Very well kept. One of the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen. Friendly staff.

Comment: This is the cleanest laundry mat Ive ever been in. There are lots of washers and dryers in all different sizes. 2,4,6 load washers I believe is what I saw. Lots of baskets, seating areas, tv, and vending machines too. They dont use money or tokens, they use a card system. You put your money on a card and use it to start your washer/dryer. What you dont use, stays on your card for your next visit.

Luckily steven was SOOOO EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! He walked me through everything, he let me know about washing and dropping off services, he helped me cover all the washers i used since i had done it through the app. He even offered me popcorn! Plenty of places to fold your clothes or to sit down while you’re waiting for your laundry. Activity stations for kids and tvs everywhere for entertainment. Love this place!

One day I walked in several months later I noticed that the same employee is going to here. The place was going down fast almost everything was filthy, dirty floors, stained washers and dryers I got discouraged so I stopped coming in.... I came back because I had money in my card and also to check things out.I was so impressed the place looks magnificent everything is so clean and organized smells very very good clean I mean anyway the lady I believe who makes this possible is Maggie she is a great employee of yours that has kept up with the place the business I thank you for it from now on I will be returning because of that reason because its clean... Maggie informed me of the deal for a bottle of toca soap, suavital softener and a box of dryer sheets. Maggie was such a big help with showing me how to use the machines and helped me load since I’m pregnant. Everything washes fast and really well. Customer service was excellent, Danny was super helpful she helped me set up a card for machines and showed me how to use it. She was attentive and genuinely seemed happy to help me out, I really feel that employees are a reflection of the establishment. I work out of town but will be back everytime Im here!!

Comment: This establishment is clean with very helpful staff, state-of-the-art washer and dry cleaning equipment at prices that cant be beaten anywhere... There are very comfortable waiting areas with tables, benches, and extra amenities including a series of television screens, tablet booths and a snack area under the one roof... The entrepreneur who came up with this idea as part of a business module for thus franchise should be given props . I wish there were more laundry facilities like this one throughout the country.

Comment: Great place to do large amount of laundry and open 24/7! Awesome people working very polite, vary knowledgeable, and very helpful. Clean!!! Everything is clean the machines are clean and is the best place in McAllen to do your bed sheets and comforters. I happen to get help by Justin who works here at night I came in with 12 loads or 120lbs of laundry and I spent $25 for wash and dry in 2hrs total. My best part of this experience is no more quarters you just need your smart phone with the Huebsch app. I highly recommend this laundry mat for all the people who are in graveyard shift who needs to wash their laundry.
