I come in today and a new employee Nicole was very polite and helpful, friendly and smiling. She looked to be getting the place spotless and the way it should look. something it hasnt been in a while. I definitely hope to see more new employees like her. I would 100% recommend you wash your clothes here while Nicole is there or new employees like her. Its time this location has a new change!

Mary has been there since day 1 and I have had no complaints about her. Mary is very hard working and dedicated to her job, she has gone above and beyond and has made my life easier in that department. This individual is a true definition of Boss Lady and has really brought the facility up to standards and shes always cleaning and helping customers. Comment: Ive never been to this laundromat place before until one evening of July 15, 2022. I got there and only had cash no card funds. But as I was getting change to add funds to the laundry card. The change machine took my money. I check with the employee that was present but no one could help me until the manager would arrive the next morning. I was stressing over the matter that I had no more funds I figured I was not going to get my money back. I retrieve the management contact which I contacted her, Ms. Marianne, which I received a quick response. Then as I continue to explain my concern and it was late in the evening, 11:15pm, and she was asleep but woke up to assist which she didnt have too. But she went over and beyond to ease my concern and showed up to look at the camera and give me back the funds the machine took. Im so glad I went to this laundromat place and I wish every laundry places had someone like her that care about us. Thank you for helping me again. Greatest experience ever.

I decided to give the facility 4/5 stars because the kids area is unfinished, the benches are worn, and there were not enough carts to go around. I definitely recommend the facility 🙂 also, on Wednesdays from 3 - 8 p.m. is movie night.

Comment: Theres enough room to get a Laundry day done. The machines all work and are cleaned regularly. The price is right for the quality of the machines performance. Now if the people washing can keep it nice and respectful is another story. Thanks for the hard working staff.

Way too packed, too busy for anyone to keep up with sweeping, etc. Seems like some families bring 10+ huge bags of laundry & take up so many machines.***Very clean and comfortable place to do laundry. The best place I have been to in all of my years going to laundry places (laundromats, washaterias).There is ample, comfortable seating and tables. Despite the large quantity of washers and dryers running, this place was at a comfortable temperature.Right as I walked in, a nice customer saw me struggling with my heavy basket and he gave me the rolling basket he was using!As others have stated, the staff is helpful and friendly. A young lady walked me to the card area and helped me to purchase a card to use on the machines.There are vending machines, and televisions on different channels.I truly hope this place stays as great as it is today. I will most definately be back!

I have no words to describe how much love has gone into making this beautiful facility such a wonderful reality for the City of San Antonio--its the Jewel of the Westside! The Patels are very humble and genuine. When I first walked into SpinXpress, I was floored! It is such a luxurious, extremely spacious and everything in the facility is First Class, with wall-to-wall giant washers and dryers (44 washers and 54 dryers, if I remember correctly).I own a washer and dryer but was curious to find out and have a first-hand experience and have no regrets. The staff was awesome and so willing to help new customers. There were HUGE crowds waiting to do their free washing and drying--AND everyone was accommodated.Thank you to the Patel family, especially Bhavin. You treated all the guests (because we were made to feel so welcomed and comfortable) with so much love, warmth and managed to greet everyone that attended. Comment: SpinXpress on Commerce and Gen.McMullen is such a convenience for my family, esp now that its closer to home! Al, one of the employees recognized us from their other location and it was nice to feel apart of their SpinXpress family.I love how they are open 24 hours because my husband and I can have our laundry dates at any time around our busy schedules. Their services are something the community needs and I actually look forward to doing laundy now... But when I dont, they can do it for me!
