Comment: 24 hour, clean, convenient, and great customer service Ive been coming to this laundromat since they opened. One thing I can say is that every time I have been here one of the employees seems to outshine them all. Britten Thomas who is an overnight employee, is always so helpful. Im not sure if he is the manager, but he should be. I always take notice of how the employees take care of the facility and he seems to take pride in this store. I have gone at different times and had to wait 20 min for someone to come to the register. When I come during brittenss shift, he is attentive to everyone and he is hard working. He spends his time cleaning the store and he is aware of any customer that needs help. When I left an item, he was the only employee who actually followed up with me . Great customer service . Thank you Mr. Thomas for showing your concern.

Comment: Came to wash my daughters’ Korean mink queen sized blanket that doesn’t fit in my smaller capacity washer/dryer at home. Was super impressed with the amenities and the prices. Cost $6.25 to wash and dry using the larger capacity washer and dryer. They have 20/40/60 & 80# washers and dryers, just rows and rows of fully functioning and clean machines. There are TV’s and seating areas for families. It’s open 24 hours a day, there’s always an attendant and you get free popcorn. They have carts for you to roll to your car and they take both cash or card. You can buy detergent here or use your own. They have a drop off service, same day or next day, reasonable prices. If I dropped off the queen blanket it would have been $13 for wash and dry service.

Comment: I was only visiting, helping my elderly mother do some heavy blanket loads...super clean, location manager was the most pleasant young lady!!! She represented and spoke so highly of the business!!! That speaks so many more volumes to me and to see and hear the support is very encouraging

Comment: This place is amazing...top notch!! Missed the grand opening 9/23. So today was my daughter and I first visit. Traveled a bit to get there but was VERY pleased and worth it. Iesha greeted us with a smile and showed us the ropes. Great, friendly, customer service. Will be returning.

Comment: Very clean! The laundry soap is affordable if you forget yours and they have many options including EARTH BREEZE!The employees are very nice too!! They helped me get my laundry to the car because I had my toddler in a leg cast and couldnt carry her and the laundry. I didnt even ask for help, they just offered!! Definitely coming back! Also you get bonus money when you spend enough on your laundry card!
