Comment: Traveled 20 minutes to go to a laundromat with an attendant so that I might feel “safer.” I didn’t love the added commute time but the attendant was very helpful and attentive. The units were clean and maintained and the places to fold were clean as well. The older bench seating is looking pretty rough but they had several new/nicer spots to sit as well. They had tablets and a few other games for kids. I also appreciated the rolling laundry carts. I paid 4.75 for a “4 load” washer and the. 1.75 for a giant dryer (they had an even larger washer and dryer but I like to separate some items). In and out efficiently. They are on a card system so I just estimated what I planned to spend and then had very little leftover on the card. Although this was pretty much everything I was looking for in a laundromat, I didn’t love having money left on a card I may or may not use.

Comment: This place has nice large washing machines and dryers. You dont use coins or credit cards. You have to purchase a card there to use on the machines. You purchase the amount you want with a credit card. The machine gives you a card and thats what you use. The largest machine we used to wash a rug cost $8.50. Its not cheap but you can wash all your clothes at once if you want to.The dryers let you add time if you check your clothes and they arent dry yet, BEFORE the time runs out. So be sure to watch your time.There is an attendant present. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because a lot of their machines are out of order. That can be inconvenient. We had to go to this one because the first one we went to didnt have any of the large machines available. They were all out of order.

Comment: Update:They recently changed their card system, which works with NFC, it is less confusing to work with the card, just touch and go instead of trying to figure out which way to insert the card.If you have an old card, see the attendent to have your balance to be transferred.I come here often and only here to wash the quilts and blankets etc.Plenty of washing and drying machines of different price and capacity ranges for 24/7. Price is similar to most laundry facilities, but place is not like most laundry places.There are 11 of 65 flat screen TVs to keep you busy and nice Fun Zone for kids with several touch screens, I think its free to play.A lot of of seats and chairs to sit down and relax with access to power outlets.Staff is extremely courteous, doesnt matter who is working.Its not a coin laundry, you get a card from a dispenser for free and reload with no fees.Washing takes 20 and drying 30 minutes, youll be out and about in about an hour.

Comment: This is a great laundry facility! We come in every Wednesday, the place is clean for the most part and the staff is awesome. Today was especially great with the facility having a new payment system. Christine transfered us over, walked us through the new system, and got us set up on the app to even further simplify using the machines. Additionally, Christine is always a pleasure to speak with, will constantly stop and help customers with any and all issues they may have, and consistently greets customers as they come in and when they leave.

We come in the mornings to do our washing and we always feel very welcomed! Martin is awesome! He ALWAYS makes sure we have what we need and is ready to help. He keeps the place SPECTACULAR. Every time we come in the place is clean and inviting, which I usually don’t see anywhere else. I also love that all you need is a card to work the machines which is super cool and convenient! Comment: From the moment that I walked in it was amazing service! Have never been here before and went here because I needed to catch up on tons of laundry and saw this place was 24 hours. Walked in and was treated immediately and given the rundown on how things all operate. Was recommended that if I add my info to my card I would be able to get my money transferred to another in the event that it is lost. I went at 3am so as not to take up so many machines but even with the 6 or so other customers there were still plenty of machines. Price honestly I didn’t mind due to how clean and up kept the place was. Yes there are a few broken machines but hey that’s life. Still plenty to go around. I love that the attendant constantly checked on customers to ensure everything was going well with them. Clean and cool unlike other places closer to home for me. This will be my forever stop for washing.

And this place is extremely clean, the staff here are super helpful and they sure do keep a awesome job keeping this place clean and nice looking specially Marcus or how ever you spell his name. Lol he cleaned and worked hard and stayed busy and help me with the machines. My whole time here. Young hispanic gentleman wish I wouldve got his name but very attentive to everyone needs and went out of his way to help me. I had my children with me and he was very courteous to help me with the machines and help me push the cart. Not only the employee was very attentive to every ones needs and always cleaning the area. This man was on point there was a older lady struggling with the basket aswell and right away he helped her.

Comment: I love this laundry matt. It has everything you could ask for, want or need in a laundry matt. I wish we had these when I was younger. I used to hate going to the laundromat now I enjoy it. They used cards, so you dont have to worry about caring about a pocket full of change. You can register your cards so if its lost or stolen no one else can use it and they can track it. Theres several TVs, several comfy places to sit and fold your clothes, and theres even nice tables to sit at if you have to do homework or you want to eat theres a kid area that has computers to play on to keep the kids occupied. The best of all the open 24 hours 7 days a week

Comment: I never had any issues with my laundry up until today, well technically now yesterday. The first year I used them I did my own laundry, the last 3-4 months I’ve dropped it off and pay for it to be done. Everyone is so nice, BUT TODAY I DROPPED MY CLOTHES OFF AROUND 2pm, I always tip as I did, before I even tipped the guy working said “if you want them done today you need to tip” I said “they need to be because my scrubs are in there and I work overnight and need them tonight”, I still tipped. I had someone pick my up clothes for me while I was resting for work, the employee tells him “next time she needs to tip 10$ or it won’t be done the same day.” I WISH HE WOULD TELL ME THAT. He is rude, unprofessional and my clothes were folded all messy and thrown in my bags. I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back while he’s working.

I never have a problem with the washer and dryers here, as my clothes come out clean-Everytime! I visit this location at least once a week and even though its a ways from my home, I don’t mind because I know I will always enjoy my experience. Jonathan and Malissa are ALWAYS so respectful, kind and hospitable and go above and beyond to keep everything under control. When I forgot my laundry detergent, they made purchasing detergent there quick and easy. (As the prices are always so commendable and honest). They have 2, 4, 6 and 8 load size washing machines. They dont charge for wash cards (cards you put money on to wash), and you can connect card funds by registering your cards. Comment: Today was my 1st time visiting the W.W. White location. There are so many laundromats in San Antonio, but this one surpasses all that I have visited. The attendant, Ericka, was a great help to me. I have been sick all week, and a little foggy headed. She answered every question I had, and she was very knowledgeable of the facility. She was so helpful in showing me how to do everything from the beginning of my visit to the end. The management was also very nice, and answered questions I had as well. I couldnt believe it when I was told that they are 24 hours. That is something we needed in this area. The place was very clean. My clothes came out nice and bright from the wash. I did not walk away feeling I needed to bathe in acid after leaving like other places Ive visited in the past. The prices are reasonable as well. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SpinXpress Laundry for anyone who wants to wash in a clean, top notch laundromat. Honestly, I cant wait for my next laundy day!
