Comment: This place is pretty great. The machines start at $2.50 for a two load unit and work perfectly. The dryers dont leave that weird burnt smell on your freshly washed clothes that one usually gets from other laundromats and they actually dry your laundry. And finally, the attendants were friendly and ready to help. Good stuff :)

I also appreciate her honesty and willingness to do what she was able to and even called her manager to ask about something then she let me know that the manager will be the one to authorize an issue I had from previous laundry service. ( awesome!!Why I said that she was patient is because I am deaf and I had to write quite a bit.

The facility was so clean, welcoming (Thanks Jose!), and technologically advanced (e.g. touchscreens, sanitized washers, additional add-ons). It was my first time visiting and I’ll definitely be returning.

Comment: Omg! Everything in there is so shiny! It was so clean! You can use your debit card on all machines. The bathroom was clean. They have vending machines! Im just waay too excited about this, but whatever. The other laundromats Ive been too have all been run down and poorly kept. I will be returning! EDIT: Will continue to return, BUT, to employees, smoking right outside patio door with it propped open with your body does not count as smoking outside. The wind blew it all straight in. Might as well just light up at the service desk. Also, quite a few of the machines needed to be serviced.

Comment: Very large building, lots of tables for folding/sorting, and I’ve never felt it was too crowded/busy to use (I usually go on Saturday mornings, but have been during other days throughout the week as well). The entire facility, restrooms included, are usually very clean and well maintained.Only complaint is that on the door, it says they accept Apple Pay, and all the card readers on the machines appear to work with that type of payment; however, I’ve never once gotten Apple Pay to work on any of the machines so not sure why they have the Apple Pay sticker on the door when they don’t actually take it. (My Apple Pay works just fine elsewhere so I know it’s not that.)

She obviously wasnt here at this facility. Machine cost between $3.75-$4.25 for machknea that are 3&4 loads. This facility is perfect & although u do not need an attendant there is usually one there and they are normally always helpful. We all have bad days so if u catch em on a rough day consider what the have to deal with all day!👍Only thing is I never did get a reply from owners, which tells us what we review matters is all✌

I found this place on google recommendations and would definitely come back here. The place is extremely clean compared to the other laundromats around Austin. The staff is very nice and made sure I didn’t need anything. They have so many options for washing and drying. The place is large and you don’t feel like you are standing on top of anyone. My favorite part is they did not require you to buy one of their company cards to use at the machines, you have the option to use your debit card or change. They have clean bathrooms and two vending machines full of great snacks.Check them out for all your laundry needs! You won’t regret it!!!

Today I saw my favorite worker Brandi and she is a sweetheart. Brandi is always pleasant and is nice to my children. If you are going for the first time, be mindful that if you use a CC they will hold $15 but refund quickly if you dont use that much. I found the 3 load dryers dry better than the 5 load.

Comment: Be Tuesday and Wednesday special is a fantastic deal! But every time I have been here for the discounted laundry there is a line of people waiting. It makes no sense that only half of the 2 load machines are discounted and not all of the 2 load machines (or 3 load on Wednesday).

Comment: Although someone next door was jackhammering during our visit, our experience was good. The facility is clean and quiet, and the prices did not seem exorbitant to me. The variety of machine sizes and number of machines is impressive. Leticia in the customer care center was very helpful and nice. I would recommend this laundromat to friends and family.

Comment: Upon my past 3 visit to the Round Rock Spin Zone, I have been exceptionally impressed with the freindly customer service. Each time i was greeted with a smiling face that had the energy and vibe to rightfully go along with it. The first time the Spanish woman, Leticia, would not speak English to me and she spent the entire 40 minutes I was there joking in Spanish with others who also did not appear to know English. When others came in, she spoke to them in Spanish and if they did not respond, she did not bother to help them. I did not bother to dry my clothes as I felt very uncomfortable, like I was in some sort of bar. So I took my wet clothes and left. I was not going to go back but was driving to the other laundromat in Round Rock and passed the Spin Zone. I stopped to see if it was a friendlier place and a great clerk named Brandy was there cleaning and she helped me out. She is GREAT. Not only does she speak English, she was making everyone feel so welcome. She was so accommodating, I watched her respond so positively to some womans child. Not standing around, but working.It appears Leticia does not like Round Rock very well. I will continue to use your facility if the help is helpful.

Comment: This place is awesome. This location is very nice compared to other laundromats. They have big screen TVs all over the place, plenty of seating and rolling baskets. The vending options are also very good and fully stocked. Vending machines for laundry needs as well. Theres a nice lounge area with couches and a few ipads avail for customers to use. A separate area called the kid zone is also a great idea and available fully equipped with ipads. Very clean, plenty of light and a great staff. Staff is very friendly. The employee that was there even offered suggestions and options to avoid the $15 auth charge. Very open and up front about it. It is true however, the prices are a bit high but honestly, you get what you pay for. Nice, clean and working machines is not cheap! Very reasonable prices. Will definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Besides having the most efficient, state of the art tech machines that are always clean with the option to avoid lugging around coins by loading up a reward card or your bank/CC. So many perks going on here but the most important part are the outstanding service I have received by the attentive friendly staff. One of the staff members actually renewed my thoughts of good deeds and kindness towards others without reward when she didnt have to ! All of the staff have gone out of their way to lend a helping hand and ensure that they are present for all your needs 24/7!!! Keep up the rockstar services. Comment: Went by 3 weeks ago because they showed up on Google search. However, they were still under construction. Yesterday, I checked back by and they were open in all of their new shining glory. Huge laundromat which is completely new and super seriously clean. All washers are the larger front loadable type. None of the little top load ones. Best of all they have some really nice ladies who will cheerfully wash dryfold your laundry in a jiffy. I dropped my laundry off, went shopping for a blouse at Bealls around the corner. Ran down to HEB, then back to collect laundry, finally headed home. Seamless just like that!
