Comment: I had forgotten how good Sunshine Cleaners really is. I used to go there all the time when I did office work and needed dry cleaning. But now I work with dogs so I hardly ever need anything clean. My friend had dropped a 10 into my couch between the arm and one of the cushions and it was there for a while before I discovered it. When I tried to wash out the ink it bled and got all over one into the couch cover. I called quatrine, where I purchased the couch, and they recommended that I take it to Sunshine. I was amazed if they got out 99% of the ink. Theres only a tiny spot where the huge pool of ink was initially. I highly recommend them

In 5 years, Sunshine has never returned an article of clothing to me that I was not 100% satisfied with. That is impressive!!! I have done both normal services and dry cleaning delivery services. Everyone working at Sunshine is super nice and they get you in and out in a flash. Great customer service.The pick up/delivery option is worth every penny! We moved farther from Sunshine two years ago so this is why I signed up for this. The turn around is super fast and of course you still get the supreme quality service. Also, the dry cleaning delivery man is the nicest/happiest person. He is the cherry on top of a great business

When dropping my suits off in the morning, I am in and out of the door in literally 15 seconds. They offer same day service, so I can come back at 5:30pm and everything is complete! They always have 3-4+ people watching the front counters, so you will always have someone there to assist you. Absolutely amazing business and group of people!

Comment: I love this place! I originally started coming here because of the distance to my apartment. The service has been amazing over these past 4 years. The prices are very accessible and with a purchase of a laundry bad ($3.50) you can just stop by and drop the bag. Depending of time dropped off (before 9) you’re dry cleaning is available same day after 5 pm! Besides my personal things I have even handed over a few original designer pieces, these are original samples from high end designers, never had a problem! I actually think one dress looked better than when they sent it to me. I am a photographer so these things are very important! I cannot ruin any of these pieces, my life depends on it!Good price, good service, good work!

Comment: Excellent quality service for dry cleaning, regular laundering, and even Wash and fold service by the pound (nothing beats ironed bed sheets). The people who work the counters are efficient and friendly. They even have pickup service from your residence as an option. The reason they dont get a full 5 stars for me is because I dont like the per-item markup if you subscribe to the home pickup service. Im happy to pay a flat fee per pickup, but it feels like the kind of price gouging that hotels do, and I think Sunshine is a great enough establishment that they should not push pricing up beyond the fair/not cheap walk-in pricing. Thats all that keeps them from a full 5 stars. I will continue to do all my laundry and dry cleaning with Sunshine, as I have the past 9 years since being recommend to them by a friend.

We live in New York City and we send our fine linens and dry cleaning to the family (it is owned by the most caring and genuine family in the business.) It is run by Frank Sr. and his son Frank Jr and his sister along with a staff of about 20 people who really care about you and your garments. We found this establishment when we lived in Dallas for a few brief short years and boy are we glad we did!

Comment: This is an updated review to replace my 1-star.My shirts came back damaged (white shirts stained yellow) and I kinda freaked because it was literally all my best $75 work shirts and they were unwearable. It took a couple days so they could soak them and try some things but they got them white again and cleaned a couple of my old backup shirts free so Id have something to wear while waiting. The damage was an honest mistake so while inconvenient I cant hold it against them because they made it right and were always kind along the way. I figure these kinds of hiccups happen from time to time at any business and how they handled it was the important part.Thats basically the gist of it. Clean facilities, prompt service, good hours, and friendly staff. It does seem like not the cheapest but Ill post a photo of their price board.
