Comment: Just got into my jeep done washing and drying clothes and had the best experience ever. The employee was such a kind sweet lady and was so helpful. Shes all smiles. Its 10:30 at night and shes attending everyone who needs help. Honestly I came across town cause this laundromat had such positive reviews and that sweet person made it worthwhile for me. Im sorry I didnt catch her name but she deserves a raise!!! Just in case, I was here 9/8/23 from about 9 to 10:30 pm. Thank you for this wonderful experience. God bless your sweet soul!

Comment: Alejandro the night attendant gave great customer service. He helped me with the door cause my hands were full. He greeted customers as they came in and thanked them for coming as they left. And the place was clean. He was wiping down the tables and sweeping and just making the place comfortable for everyone. I will definitely recommend this place to others especially with an exceptional employee Alejandro.

I had one load and got a high powered washer and it cleaned my clothes very well. I took the wet load home to dry them in my dryer. I will be back if they cut the water at my condo again.

Comment: Fortunately, I have not had to go to a laundromat in a very long time, but years ago, I lived in the area and went to Sudsys frequently. Back then, it was always clean and the staff there was always friendly. Recently, my dryer went out and I found myself at the laundromat once again. Aside from the fact that it was rather crowded, and there were several machines that were out of order, it was actually a good experience. I did not get her name, but the woman who worked there the evening I went was there with her daughter and was very, very helpful. She was busily taking care of customers and also doing other customers laundry including washing and folding clothes. Despite her being busy with her own work, she took time to help me when she saw that I was having trouble Working one of the machines. The coin operated ones are much different than the ones at home! The laundromat was clean, the people there were very friendly and, for the most part, stuck to themselves, and it was a very pleasant couple of hours. I was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was to do a load of laundry there. I would definitely go back if I found myself in the position of needing to go again.

It was 10 at night the lady there could tell it was my first time in the laundromat and explained all the machines I bought myself thinking it was going to be enough and she told me to hold on and she brought me more soap and explained it to me. Comment: My favorite laundromat in San Antonio so far. Theres always someone sitting there to tend to the machines if something goes wrong or to keep you company late at night. Although its a little bit more expensive than some others theres always machines to use, Ive never seen all the machines taken. I felt okay about leaving my laundry there while I went to go get a drink from the Valero down the road. Over all safe, clean, well attended, and friendly.

Comment: The best laundry mat I have ever been to! The free wifi enables me to load my clothes and then get to work! The staff treats me as a person and speaks every single time I walk in! I really do enjoy the personal level of service in todays growing business! Today, I even had an issue with one of my washers and the staff quickly advised me of the problem and took care of transferring the clothes to another washer and covered the setup! I really enjoy this place and will continue to keep coming here for my laundry needs!

Comment: Just relocated to SA & needed to do tons of laundry. Found this place among the reviews and what a good find it was! Its medium sized, the other patrons where pretty friendly, and the fauclity is well kept up.They do a have drop off so pretty much someone is there during business.This will be the laundromat Ill use while Im in the area.
