Comment: I visited the laundry room recently and this is the best experience I have had at a laundry room in the Hewitt Waco area! Virginia helped me get my clothing and had excellent costumer service! she made me feel like my clothes were in good hands and I would definitely recommend for anyone getting their dry cleaning done to go here!!!

Comment: I recently visited The Laundry Room in Woodway, Texas, and had a great experience. Kinzlee was particularly helpful, providing excellent customer service and making my visit enjoyable. The facilities were clean, modern, and had a good selection of services. I would definitely recommend this dry cleaners and laundromat to anyone in the area.

Comment: The manager here is very nice & accommodating. I had entrusted them with a very precious heirloom and there was a small piece attached by safety pin that couldnt be found on pickup. I was in tears. He sat down and went thru every step on his cameras.... from drop off to laundering & we saw the very last time that piece was seen. He called the employee who handled it & it was discovered that it was indeed given back to my teenage son. So, we did have it.... now just to find out what my son did with it. But the care, concern, & time the manager took was very much appreciated. I know the cameras are there to protect them, but they were extremely comforting to me as well.

Comment: I have been using The Laundry Room for my dry cleaning for the past year, and I have had no issue. Friendly staff and good service. This week, they could not locate an expensive suit that I needed for an interview and for practice court. Although this was extremely frustrating, the staff went above and beyond to locate the suit that day. The owner contacted me, and once the suit was located, the owner’s wife drove to the customer’s house (who had mistakenly been given my suit), picked the suit up, made sure it was unwrinkled and cleaned, and then delivered the suit to my apartment. If the suit had not been located, the owners offered to pay for a new suit so that I would have appropriate clothing for my events AND to replace the suit that was lost. Many apologies, and all went above and beyond to rectify the error. I will go back to this dry cleaners again; I truly believe that the staff will receive additional training and that this error was an exception to the rule.
