Comment: Linda is a jewel! It was my first time coming in to do laundry at this spot and she was so attentive and friendly! The facility was SPOTLESS and my son and I visited the restroom and it was SPOTLESS! Unheard of for a laundromat! She made herself available if I needed help with the laundry card machine and checked on me during our visit to make sure we were good, and I saw her doing this for everyone and it was busy! The machines were all very clean and in working order and the wash and dry very reasonably priced! Definately the only laundromat I could ever recommend! A diamond in the rough for sure! So amazing that I dont have to collect change to wash, they take debit cards that you load the money onto with a self serve machine! The only spot Ill go to when I need to do laundry for sure from now on!

This place is super clean and Albert the attendant is awesome, friendly and very attentive to the customers! I will definitely visit “The laundry Room” if I ever return. Comment: This laundromat is extremely clean with a few added benefits. One, you don’t need quarters or cash! You put money on a card, which you can do by using cash or credit.Second, the people who do come here to do their laundry are nice and considerate.Third, and this is the biggest benefit, there is an extremely kind and helpful man named Albert. I’d never been here before, and he was beyond amazing. He helped me every step of the way. I’d come back just because of him.Thanks for the help Albert!

Its usually clean, bathroom is kept up and large, and the little older black lady is just adorable. Its been a while since I visited and I just realized shes still there. Shes so helpful, shed stop what shes doing to check on you or to help you with something. Shes an asset to the business. I hope the owners know that and are compensating her well.

Comment: For the most part laundromats are dirty, rundown, and full of inoperable equipment. This was not the case here. I was unbelievablely impressed with this place. Everything is brand new, super clean, and I love how you load cash onto a Laundry Card to use the machines. Its a super easy process too. If you need to use a laundromat for whatever reason, trust me, this is where you want to go.

Due the bad storm last week the hotel was almost at full capacity with their machines in constant use. I googled this place and glad i did. Its been awhile since going to the laundromat. But the load costs $3.09. So if youre not a regular, your getting cheated out of your money. So now I have $.91 on a card that I may never use...Why not make the cost an even dollar amount per load?Other than that, terrific place to go!

I had to look for alternatives to do some laundry. We cant use our washer machine. I know this place because I drove by there many times. I never had the necessity to go in. I didnt need to, but so glad I knew there was a safe and nice place near home. The gentleman there greeted me and asked if it was my first time. I said yes, so he explained the whole process, etc. Its very simple, and the machines are new looking. I had to use the restroom and had to say they also keep it clean. So in overall it was a great experience. 👍

My clothes came out great. The staff was great and completely helpful since this was my first time coming. Ms. Linda was beyond excellent and assisted me with every question I had. I will definitely continue to return because of her and the all around service this laundromat showcased. Literally one of the nicest laundromats I have ever been to. Signs are clearly posted at the door stating when you can put in your last load so they can close on time. Its unreasonable to come in at say 9:30 pm and expect them to stay later than closing to accommodate you. Ive been coming here for over 2 years and Ive never ever heard them to be rude to anyone.The prices are reasonable for 2020 and you can use a re-loadable card. I have a laundry room in my apt complex right next to my apt but quarters are impossible to get nowadays. So I come here.I saw someone posted they can do their laundry for $3, please let me know where that is so I can go there. Otherwise I am perfectly happy coming here every couple of weeks.

Comment: Always clean with an attendant on duty. All appliances are up to date and high quality. Many various sizes of machines from small to gigantic. Clean and accessible uncrowded restrooms. Plenty of seating and electrical outlets to charge your phone. Upscale environment for a laundromat. They also have drop off service.

Comment: Nice place. Pretty clean and fairly priced washers and dryers. They do not use coins here, but pay cards so be prepared to bring dollar Bills with you for the paycard machine. They is also have a bundle service available which is nice if you really want to treat yourself or of you need the extra help with your laundry.

Comment: This place is very clean and tidy. Staff here are friendly and they maintain the place really well. I have been to many laundry rooms. But perhaps this is one of the best among them. This place has plenty of parking space. The laundry room has many varieties of washers and dryers, each of them comes with different pricing option. I enjoyed going to this place. This is so much better than many apartment community laundry rooms.The best part is clean wash rooms and multiple TVs.

Comment: The location is convenient for me and the facility is always clean. The only issue is the late openings on the weekends. I try to be there on most Saturdays and several times the facility opens later than the 7am opening time. Today it’s 7:20 am and no one is here to open up. It’s really inconvenient when you only have a certain day to come here and you never know if they will be open or not.UPDATE: The staff response to the late opening was much appreciated.

Comment: Washer broke and The Laundry Room came in clutch. Nice ol Monica helped me out for my first visit. She was super duper kind and helpful. Clean and nice location. They can also do your laundry for you which is nice. It’s 12 pound minimum for 1.25 per pound. Washers go for 23 minutes.

Comment: Hands down best laundromat I’ve used. Clean, safe and no coins needed. WiFi, TV, and drop off services. I noticed the seating is limited, however that’s because there is a TON of washers. All washers are commercial grade- awesome! Dryers are typical for what you normally find. From the cleanliness of the floor to the bathroom, thumbs up! I thought we were going to dread coming to a laundromat until we saved up for our own washer & dryer; glad to be proven wrong :) Happy Laundering folks!

Comment: I have only visited this laundromat twice but both times I am very pleased and impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. The staff are always friendly and helpful to the customers. I am officially making this my new laundromat to wash. I love coming here because I feel safe and at peace. My other laundromat I had to give up because people are always fighting over the free dryers and customers are always rude taking up too many at a time. However, at The Laundry Room Laundromat, no one fights over the dryers because you have to pay to dry. The only thing about the dryers I dont like is I think the temps need adjusting because they dont dry your clothes very well. You have to keep adding money but I will gladly sacrifice a little more money to dry my clothes in peace. I also love the washers here because they actually clean your clothes with little detergent! I can actually smell the fragrance in my clothes now! I am very impressed with that! At my other laundromat, I had to add almost all my detergent to loads and my clothes still were not all the way clean. Here at The Laundry Room, the washers are efficiency washers and you only have to use 2 cups of detergent and your clothes come out clean and smelling fresh! I love it! I Love it! I can even plug up my phone here or my laptop and do my homework because they have little adorable tables and benches for sitting and outlets! YES! I love this laundromat! Oh yes, I forgot, you do have to use a Laundry Card to use both the washer and dryers. You have to load your money on the card. So, you need to keep up with your card.

If someone told me I needed to dry my sheets for two hours and use three different washing machines I would have totally believed them. Instead of taking advantage of this ignorant customer, the staff there told me exactly how much money to put on my laundry card so I wouldnt overspend. Very clean, excellent service, available machines all the time, 5 stars!

Comment: Great addition to the neighborhood! Stopped by for first time to wash a comforter. Upon arrival an attendant greated me, coached me thru the payment process, then I realized I had left my detergent at home. She offered me detergent for free. I loaded the washer she suggested, she programmed it and started it for me. Queen sized comforter washed and dried in one hour for only $4! I will definitely be back and you should too.

Comment: It is clean and everything is very new. It is in a safe neighborhood and well lit and the employees are super helpful. They operate on a card system, that you can load with cash or credit or debit. They offer wash, dry and fold services too, if that is your thing.
