When the clothes were delivered they were very clean and folded very well.CONS:I wish more fabric softener was used which I will request next time.A bag of clothes were missing when the drop off was made and I had to call for them to locate the bag and I had to go to the location and pick the bag up myself

Not to mention its a drive up service, meaning you dont even have to get out of your vehicle. Some people complain about the price, but they are actually cheaper than 90% of the dry cleaners in my area. The cheapest one in my area tends to lose materials or damage clothes every now and then.

Comment: Can dry cleaning and laundry be a pleasure? Yes, at Tide Dry Cleaners. My experience for years with Tide, backs up my review. My clothes have a longer life. They are pressed professionally and are not burned (which causes clothes to have a glimmer). And, they don’t compress our clothes on their racks. Great job, Tide!

Comment: The first time I visited I was concerned about the higher price, but as the staff member began to tell me about the personal ironing of womens blouses, the later than average hours, the ability to pick clothes up after hours, and the frequent coupons, I decided to give them a try. And mind you, she was not telling me these things in order to sway or convince me to use them. These things were shared conversationally, and were relevant to my questions. After the first experience, I was hooked!! I have never experienced such outstanding customer service at any other dry cleaner, in fact their friendliness, professionalism, and customer-first approach tops many businesses I have dealt with overall. Placing tissue in sleeves of blouses so they will hang naturally...what?! Perfection! Thank you, MW Cleaners, you have now spoiled me from going anywhere else!

Comment: Prompt, friendly, and they deliver a clean product. If it’s not clean enough after one attempt they send it back without asking for a second cleaning, no cost. I request no starch and have never had to remind of the request. It is honored every time. I have had many many order fulfilled.

Comment: I was pleasantly surprised by this dry cleaner! Sometimes I have to get my duvet comforter dry cleaned because... dogs and the place I usually take it to has to outsource it to another place to get it dry cleaned. Tide Dry Cleaners does the same but they have pick ups/drop offs two days a week instead of one day a week like my usual place. I wanted to try something different in hopes it would be faster/less expensive. I dropped the comforter off on Monday morning and by Wednesday morning, I received a text message saying that my order was ready to be picked up. Imagine my surprise when I was promised Friday! When I went to pay, it ended up being $10 cheaper than what I was quoted. I was pumped. The employees were all very nice and explained everything to me and it was quick and painless. I also thoroughly enjoyed smelling the sweet scent of tide as I drifted off to sleep last night. Will definitely come back if I need to!

Comment: I have to tell you that I came to this location a year ago and brought my bed comforter in to be cleaned as you were running a special. it was my first time in the location and I was sent away saying that I had a duvee and not a comforter. Little did they know, I had this same comforter cleaned at another MW location 5 miles away by my mothers house the previous 4 years. Sooooo, I let bygones be bygones and tried this location again with 4 pairs of slacks. I was given great service! and I liked the email notification. Only drawback I have is that 4 pairs of pants cost me $38?!!!!!!! Holy cow!!!!! I bet a million dollars that I can find a better value somewhere. Even though my experience is good, this is wayyyyy to expensive. :(
