Comment: With their July laundry special Tide Cleaners washed dried and folded all my laundry for less than $38. I’ve never used a service but my washer went out and I did not have time to sit in a laundromat. Excellent service at drop off and pick up. If only they had someone to come put the laundry away in our drawers. 😂 Will definitely use again and have already recommended to friends.

Comment: In the past this store has been great. This week I left several shirts to be cleaned, specifically noting that two of the group were to be folded. I watched as the attendent carefully attached tags to the two shirts to indicated that they were to be folded. Needless to say, they were not. Her tagging was totally ignored. It is a free do-over, with me making a return trip to pickup.Disappointed.

Comment: Always friendly, on time service. Only issue would be with buttons lost. However, they were metal buttons and professionally held in place with another bottom on inside. They were specialty buttons, uncommon, and I needed them back so to match the other 5; else I would have to replace all 6. I was told there was no way they could find it because it would have come off at the plant dry cleaning location. I went home, shifted buttons around and made a replacement button in an area that wouldn’t be as noticeable. It happened a second time. I have just started machine washing at home. I have had these pants for several seasons, always dry cleaned and this never happened before last year. Still like service overall!

Comment: Brought my huge white comforter that Ive owned for 3 years here with lots of stains on it. They were able to get all the stains out and have it looking so white it was like when I first bought it 3 years ago. It also smelled so so fresh and clean. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is very pricey! It cost me $60 to get my comforter cleaned and an additional $22 for two pillowcases. I was able to use a first time customer 25% off coupon so my total for everything was around $60 instead. So just be aware that Tide Cleaners is definitely pricey! I saw the new employee Kerrie for drop-off and pickup and she was very sweet!

Being this was my first time every going to Tide Cleaners, I put all my information on a sticker with my bag of clothing. Called them on the next business day. My clothes where ready the day after. Comment: In this case, it is absolutely true that you get what you pay for. MW is more expensive than other cleansers, but worth every penny. Our clothes never smell of heavy chemicals, the collars are clean, and they are carefully packaged to maintain their crisp, clean look, especially the suits. The employees of MW have always been kind, helpful, and very professional. I love the email that tells me when my order is ready. It often comes well before the stated ready time.
