Comment: The staff is friendly. We love the quality of the cleaning and care. The options of pickup or delivery and drop-off box make decisions easy. We especially appreciate Tide Cleaners focus on the environment. We were concerned that the dress shirts would shrink or be adversely impacted. That turned out to not be a worry. The drive thru is a treat. Finally, the proximity to our community is a plus.

Comment: I am and have been very pleased with the service they provide in regards to my clothes as well as the employees. And the fact that they don’t use Perchloroethylene (PERC) make them stand above the rest. Yes, the cost is higher but in my opinion very much worth it

Comment: At first I was taken back by the amount it was per item, however, once I pick up my dry cleaning I understand why the price may be considered more expensive then other cleaners. The staff cares and the attention to detail is the best I have ever experienced at a dry cleaners.

Comment: This is the only place I take my clothes and Phyllis is great! She is very professional and is always friendly. She seems like she genuinely cares about her customers. The only bad experiences I have had were both at the hands of Elizabeth. This girl is a typical young girl that only cares about what time she gets off and what day she gets paid. She destroyed one of my shirts and then said it was like that when I brought it and then misplaced some of my best pants and really didnt want to put any effort into looking for them. Thank goodness for Phyllis!!! She is the reason I go there....

Comment: One of the best! Phyllis really does care about her customers! I had asked that my husband shirts be folded - when I went to pick them up, Phyllis noticed that they hadnt been folded. She took the time to get folded - now that is customer service! Phyllis is one of the main reasons why I keep going back to MW!

Comment: Very clean place . They know you by name and my clothes are always neatly pressed. I like the way they carry them to your car. They ask if you want it delivered, and always give you a promotion ticket and explain what is happening g for that week or month Very reliable place. Never had anything ruined .
