Comment: The Spring Cypress location is EXCELLENT! I was a new customer and had a coupon for my first visit. The woman working there told me I would already be receiving a discount because my garment was a military uniform so I should save my coupon. When I returned to pick up the garment, it was perfectly cleaned and pressed, and the woman told me that she had found some money in the pocket of the uniform and gave it to me in an envelope. The level of customer service and ethics was so refreshing. I will definitely be returning with my son’s uniform for the next 3 years.

This was the first place i found and was very pleased with how clean the facility was on the inside and the service was even better than that. The lady was very soft spoken and professional. Comment: I will be finding a new dry cleaners, one that’s not overpriced and hopefully with some better customer service. My first issue was with my last order. I took a whole laundry basket full of stuff with a 50% off coupon and the girl who took my order didn’t apply my coupon and when I went to go pick it up, they were trying to charge me full price. Luckily the manager, I believe her name is Ashley, was super accommodating. Because of her, I went back again to have my pottery barn quilt dry cleaned. I dropped it off on 6/22 around 9:30am. On my slip where it says “day promised”, Wednesday is circled and it states after 6pm. It was explained to me though that they send off bedding. Okay fine. I felt as though I had dropped it off early enough Monday that it would be taken, cleaned Tuesday, returned Wednesday. I even gave it a couple of extra days and waited until Friday to go pick it up. The young lady said my quilt was NOT back, but it’ll probably be there later today. I go back today, Monday(a week from the day I dropped it off), and they STILL don’t have it. The woman who helped me was entirely rude about the whole situation and once I can finally pick up myquilt, I was ready to say I will not be returning to this Tide cleaners.The young lady that was there this afternoon when I finally was able to pick up my quilt, completely turned the whole situation around. She completely understood my frustrations and seemed sincerely apologetic about all the miscommunication.

Comment: I am extremely happy with my experience w Tide Cleaners. The woman working there was always pleasant and helpful, making sure I was getting the discounts I can. I had 3 pieces of clothing, all with stains, and they got ALL of them out! One was a dress I had tailored made and had spilled red wine on at a wedding... so thrilled to have it back to new! It was only $15 (50% 1st time discount) which was an amazing price. Will definitely use them anytime I need to!

The ladies that work here are very friendly and move quickly because no one likes a long wait at the dry cleaners. I really like the free rewards program. I’ve reveived multiple $15 Off coupons (you don’t have to spend more than $15 to use) that are good for like 6 weeks.Always very happy with the condition my clothes are in when I pick up!

Comment: Excellent job - We are so pleased with the way our uniforms are clean and pressed so crisply. The care and time it took to keep the uniforms organized by instrument group was amazing. Ashley and her crew even stepped up the efforts by including the item number for each uniform piece on the ticket. Ashleys attention to detail made re-racking the nearly 300 uniform pieces go so smoothly we were done before practice was over yesterday. We got to go home early, the uniforms no longer smell terrible and look fantastic. Thumbs up and Thank you So much!!! We will be back - you can count on that!!!!!!
