Comment: Thank you for the service! 🩷 I found this last minute dress for a destination wedding. I got it altered yesterday and found this dry cleaners near me because of the great reviews and was able to drop off my satin dress this morning at 9 am and was able to get it picked up the same day! I also called around 4 to get an update and they did tell me that it wasn’t going to be ready until tomorrow and I leave to the airport super early in the morning so there’s no way I can do that! I was definitely panicking & the sweet lady that is working upfront (I didn’t get her name) said I could pick it up while it’s not finished BUT when I arrived it was cleaned after all! 😊 she informed me that their was just a spot they had to treat again for it to be ready by tomorrow but it was already dry cleaned. But it was better than before!

Comment: Good quality and professional but I am not sure that I will continue to patronize due to their cost being higher than I expected..Majority of the cleaners have guarantees to cover damages to clothes so I’m not sure why this company’s warranty would cost so much more. Cost is my only issue. I would recommend posting your basic prices in the store so that your new customers are prepared when they come back. This may decrease your negative price reviews.

Comment: I had 4 dress shirts laundered. 3 of them have safety pin impressions in them at the bottom of the front buttons. There are also holes on both sides of the front from the safety pins. Every shirt is creased terribly. The black shirt has white fuzz all over it. Normally I would just ask for my money back. But because 3 shirts have permanent damage to them, I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the shirts plus the cost of the cleaning.UPDATE:The owner contacted me very quickly. I took my shirts back and they were fixed within 2 days. They look great now.

Comment: In the day when everyone seems to want to get over on the customer and profits come first, I can say that Tide Cleaners hasnt forgotten about customer service and pure honesty! I say this because I left a valuable ring in my pants pocket and they immediately contacted me to tell me they had found it! To be 100% honest had they not told me they had it I wouldnt have ever known I had lost it because I have a number of rings and wouldve thought I just misplaced it in my house! Not only did they contact me about my ring, the hem (cuffs) on a pair of my pants came undone while being cleaned and they advised me of it and then repaired them for free! They couldve easily acted as if they didnt know how they came undone and left me to figure it out! Seems like an obvious measure to take care of it for me, but Ive had enough situations to know that many businesses arent that honest. They have a loyal customer now!

Comment: Turn around time is always quick, the quality of the cleaning and pressing beats all other cleaners I’ve used, and the employees are always friendly. However, they ain’t cheap. Even with coupons, it’s significantly more expensive than any other cleaners I’ve been to. I’d say you get what you pay for, but it’s just TOO expensive to even qualify for that statement.

Comment: During the Houston Texas winter storm of 2021, Tide cleaners offered families to bring a bag of clothing for free laundry services. The manager Yvette was amazing, helpful and didn’t treat me like I was inadequate because I could not pay for the services. I will be calling the corporate office on Monday to complement her and her staff for treating every single person the exact same way. They also had my laundry done quickly for as busy as they were and for being courteous, Kind and extremely helpful. Thank you Yvette and staff at the Spring location off of Champion Forest! Job well done an excellent service. One other thing, my clothes were cleaner than even when I do them! I generally use gain because of the smell but I am switching to Tide!

I’m not going to give you a bad rating for that because it has been a long time since I have been to a dry cleaners and prices do go up. I did happen to find a 50% of first visit on the website when in store they could only do 20%. I greatly appreciate the awesome job they did on my work clothes and I may be back if I need a shirt or jean pressed and starched but it is a long shot because for the price y’all charge I would rather do it myself.
