Shepherd Dr. always greets me and wishes me a good day with genuine warmth.One improvement: we could do with a lot less packaging, and find an alternative for plastic, please.

They are friendly and professional and are always paying attention to my cleaning instructions. Alejandra, staff person, is always professional and an excellent representative in providing excellent service for this company.

Comment: They are amazing. A little bit pricey but worth it. Even though I was told five days my clothes were ready and folded same day. I was so happy to have clean amazing smelling laundry. It’s about $2.50 a pound which is cheaper than an apartment washer drier plus folded. So happy with my service, will use again

Comment: If you live in a perpetual state of dog hair, Tide Cleaners wash and fold service is far better than Hamper. My items came back smelling fresh like Tide and dog hair free. If you are a clean nut like me, this matters, especially for bedding and everyday items like t-shirts. My concierge was Eric. He is fantastic! He gets 5 stars. Service is professional, quick, responsive and straightforward. The 4 stars is for pricing. It is a more expensive wash and fold than others in Houston, but for me, Ill definitely send the items I want washed like mom would wash them.

Comment: The employees are very customer service oriented, and kind. I don’t recall her name to give her due credit but the store manager is phenomenal! I had a slight hiccup and she fixed the problem right away. Kudos to the store manager I hope she gets some sort of recognition for her problem solving skills and excellent customer service! Comment: The people at my local Tide Cleaners kept serving with a smile when COVID started. Most other neighborhood cleaners didnt open with any regular hours. They gave their services free for a while to first responders like me. I have stayed with them because they are friendly, do an excellent job cleaning, have my clothes ready on time or early and have a convenient drive through.

Comment: The front door pick up and delivery service is super convenient. I often forget to pick up my dry cleaning so their weekly service has been a great solution for me. Yes, it’s not “next day” but it’s easier to have things cleaned regularly when you don’t have to add it to your list of errands. I’ve never felt overcharged, but I do wish they had provided me a menu of prices when I signed up for the service. They also don’t have promotion days like some cleaners in the area, but the quality of clean surpasses local cleaners I’ve tried before.
