I appreciate their customer service focus and will be a returning customer.UPDATE 1:Received a call inviting me to return the pieces for a redo. I will take them in today and will provide a final update once I reclaim them. I have hope that I will be able to add stars and a more positive review.INITIAL REVIEWI just picked up the first four and quite probably the last four pieces I will ever take to this establishment. Pants that are not designed to be creased and have never been creased came back with creases steamed in. Stains were not treated. And a silk tunic has what I can only describe as a handprint steamed into the lower front. (See photo) These pieces are unwearable as I received them. I took them in yesterday and picked them up with high hopes. I will be contacting customer service. I will add to this review regarding that experience. In the meantime I suggest you find any other place in the world to take your dry cleaning. I would’ve been better off wearing these things without having them cleaned.

Comment: I have been a Tide Cleaners (previously MWCLEANERS) for many years and I have always been pleased with their services. I am now a “drop off” customer at the Summerwood location, and the staff are super friendly. I work in The Woodlands and live east of Houston so I like the fact that this location is “open” 24 hours to drop off and pick up. Access to the location is controlled by PIN code and the lockers are also PIN-code protected, and this information is provided via text when your clothes are ready. They place cardboard collar stays on my dress shirts so the collars always look pressed, and they’ll sew a button on if one is missing. They even returned a tie bar that I forgot to remove from one of my pockets.

Comment: 06/14/2022 Comment Update: I would like to formally apologize to Tide Cleaners and specifically to the employees at the Summerwood location. Due to my incompetence, I opened the incorrect lockers. I contacted the location first thing in the morning the following day, and the employee was very respectful and in the nicest words she told me pretty much I opened the incorrect lockers. Instead of opening 171 and 172- I opened 71 and 72. Again, I apologize for this huge mistake of mine and I have updated my review to 5-StarsDry cleaning ready for pickup email and text message received. I went to grab the 13 items of dry cleaning the following day using the 24/7 lockers. To my surprise. The lockers were empty! I had to come home and wash the uniform I wore today- so I could wear for tomorrow’s workday.

Comment: We have tried multiple locations in the area and Tide Cleaners outshined the others. We had over 50 pieces of dry cleaning and they were ready the next day. They followed all direction for different clothing types. The clothes look great. I hate having to iron anything. When we would get our clothes back from other dry cleaners, I would still have to run over dress shirts which was really frustrating. This will be my go to place from now on.

Comment: I have had so many bad experiences at local dry cleaners I figured I would give Tide Cleaners a try. I went on the website before stopping in to create an account online so that when I went in store all my information would be on file. Dropping clothes off was a breeze, I walked in she looked up my account, took my items and provided me a receipt to which they would be done next day. When you walk in the place is literally spotless and definitely smells like TIDE! Upon pick up I used my 50% off coupon you receive when signing up and I here is where the 4 stars come in play. I only dropped off 2 items and it cost me $5 even with the 50%. I dont remember paying that much for 2 items at other places but you do get what you pay for. At least my clothes were still there secure in a locker. I will keep trying this place out and would recommend this place to others.
