Comment: This place does really good quality work. I have tried many (almost all) places within a couple mile radius of the city of Bellaire. This is the only place I have found that consistently does really high quality work. Willie, at the front desk, is a very nice person, very efficient and friendly. He represents your brand well. I only have one complaint: every 4th shirt is attached to a plastic strip that causes it to hang down below the others by 4 inches or so. To accomodate this hanging garmet, an extra long bag is required. What a pain this is. I have to undo this junk almost every time in order to avoid dragging the low hanging garmets accross my garage floor, and stepping on them. Why do you do this? Nobody else does this. Now if you ask me, would I rather have randomly broken buttons, replaced with odd shaped ones, using randomly selected thread colors; I would say no. Also I like that when you ask for no starch, that is what you get, rather than a self-supporting garmet that can be leaned against the wall; stiff as a board. Please keep up the good work, but loose the plastic straps.

Comment: I entered the TIDE cleaners at 5311 Bellaire blvd. with 40 pieces of smoke filled clothing. Ms Margaret was there with the absolute best customer service, that I have received in a while.(Well,maybe Not that long, but yall can read between the lines)She informed me that it may take 2 weeks to get them back, and believe it or not, it was 2 weeks. Theresa called and told me my items were ready for Pickup. My home was not quite ready for to have the clothing back and these beautiful ladies allowed me to leave the items at the store for a week or so more and that gave me time for the repairs to be completed at my home. I have 28 additional boxes of clothes and linens to be cleaned, TIDE cleaners at 5311 Bellaire will most definitely have my business for sure!Thank you ladies, for all your help.🙏🏽

Comment: I’m a server. I use tide frequently for my button ups. I had left Texas in may, and had stayed away for 7 months due to an emergency . I left my 14 shirts at tide. Each costing between $28-$75. For 7 months . Most places including other tide locations give you a 20 day notice after a month of your things being left there. Then they donate them. They held my things for 7 months. I am so greatful this location kept my things safe and pristine for that long. Thank you so much.

Comment: Very friendly staff. The morning manager, MARGARET, is THE BEST! Another lady, Teresa, is AWESOME as well. They always know exactly what needs to be done. GREAT service. A little expensive but totally worth the price. I lost some expensive clothes at cheap dry clean businesses before...SO from now on, I only go to Tide Dry Cleaners.

Comment: Update: The plant manager contacted me and offered free repair of my jacket and 20-dollar credit for the future, and the problem was resolved in the end.The worst experience with dry cleaning place Ive ever had. I was promised to get all my things cleaned by Monday afternoon. I came in the evening and one of my items was missing, so I was told to come around 9 am next day. I came and the item was still not there. I was then told to come in the early afternoon. On top of that they damaged buttons in my suit coat. They charge you more than other places and their service was horrible. It was my first and last time I go there. Better stay away!
