Also very much appreciated them actually being open during posted hours unlike the three places I went to first that morning. They also had my stuff ready for pick up earlier than expected. Only reason I cant give five stars is pricing. To be fair I havent compared prices for the specific area but they were considerably higher priced then the cleaners I used to use before I moved to Katy.

I like that there is no membership fees or any obligation to do weekly service. I have been satisfied with the quality of cleaning and care for my clothing (laundry/ironing and dry cleaning clothes). I chose tide because of their promotions (which they regularly have) and because at a nearby cleaners, a few shirts were damaged. So far very happy with my local Tide cleaners!

They handled my items with care, used tissue paper to fill the sleeves and inside the garments. They were so nice as well. I was nervous because I no longer use dry cleaners for my garments.The stains were removed. I am so grateful for the staff here at Tide Cleaners on Mason Road in Katy Texas.

My personal peeve is with crushed shirt collars and Tide doesnt seem to have a handle on preventing this. Tide includes a cardboard collar form, so theyre trying, but its not really effective.

Noticed a lot of services are included at no extra charge (like same day service, button sewing and minor repairs), which is nice. Pricing was (IMO) reasonable for the service, $5-6 per piece. Comment: Very convenient service since they offer their complimentary pickup and drop off in my apartment complex. I didn’t receive the bags like the website promised, but after a quick text to the concierge that services the area he gave me a call back and told me the bags were left in the front desk. The quality of the service is great and very timely. The only downside to the whole experience was that I did not know the prices for the service until everything was picked up and imputed in the system and found out my bill was somewhat higher than I would normally pay for dry cleaning my dress shirts. Other than that great service overall.

Comment: I love this service. First of all, the pricing is fair. They also pick up and deliver from your home for no additional charge, which is incredibly convenient. And they stand by their work - any problem I have ever had, they resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction, including replacing a shirt that was damaged, and reworking garments that lost buttons. They are always courteous and respectful. They offer frequent promotions, and if you have a garment they clean 20 times, you get a coupon for clothing at Mens Wearhouse. Genius.
