Comment: We just moved here from Chicago and noticed several Tide vans riding around. We were curious because Tide is our go to laundry detergent. Turns out that when we moved to Houston, this location was about 2 miles from us so we thought wed give them a try.They have an app you can download thats basically just a gui for the website and doesnt really track orders very well. Not all that user friendly or helpful either.I placed an order online to have them come pick up our laundry. We got it back in about 3 days delivered right to our front door. We had a lot of stuff since we just moved in and wanted to wash up everything. It was probably 2 standard laundry bags full all together. It was $155!!! That is the most expensive laundry Ive ever paid for!Juan called me after placing my order online tointroduce himself, follow up on any questions and advised what I could expect next. Super nice guy and good customer service.The clothes were clean, smelled good, and folded perfectly. Undergarments are put in their own separate bags and the laundry is folded in shrink wrap and then put in Tide branded laundry bags that were very durable. The whites could have been whiter but you can definitely tell they were washed. I dont think they used bleach.Overall, Tide cleaners service should be able to attract business off the strength of its popular name. Customer service was solid, clothes were professionally cleaned and delivery turnaround time is fair. My only issues are the prices and improving the intuitiveness of the app. I am sure labor, delivery and brand all play a part in how expensive it is, but they might want to keep prices within the range of competitors.

Comment: First time here, and I brought a comforter for dry cleaning. One side was caked in detergent from a bad wash, ya know apartment washers just arent big enough. I dropped it off on Thursday and was told about a week or so. Sure enough about a week later, its ready. Its clean, its fresh and quick pickup too! They also have an express check in service too. You can check in ahead of time and theyll pull and have your order ready. Which is what I did and Anja had my comforter ready when I pulled up. Customer service was impeccable too; did not get his name but he was working about 5pm on 2/3/22. Was friendly, gave me pricing and had a good personality. Will be coming back again!

Frist came here after a stain was not removed properly from another dry cleaning place and every since this place has become my go to. The customer service is also superb with fast service .

Comment: That cold weather freeze promo couldnt have came at better time. With the passing of my sister last week, I would had to haul a bunch of clothes to the laundromat and to the dry cleaners. Tide cleaners saved me time, money and stress, after purchasing a ticket to Denver, CO for my sisters funeral. Tide cleaners did an awesome and professional job. Comment: I just had dry cleaning, which was done superbly. My lazy self didn’t pick it up for three months. Not only did they still have it, they called several times to remind me. I finally did talk to them to tell them that I was coming in, and I spoke with the nicest lady, who was extremely nice and helpful. When I picked up my order, I reminded her that I was the person who hadn’t picked up my order for three months, and thanked her profusely for still having it. She remembered me from the phone call, and this time I saw even more of her bubbly personality and great customer service skills. What a great employee! As we drove off, I remarked to my husband that she must love her job.It was my first time using your service. What a cut above the rest your Tide location is, and due in great part to your exemplary employee. She has me as a repeat customer!Leslie Stewart

Comment: So far I have been very happy with the service. The clothes come back very nice and clean. Most of the time the clothes are ready the same day.One comment I have is when the clothes come back with black and white card indicating my approval is needed to perform more aggressive stain removal. This means I have to say yes and I do not get them back for another day. If the clothes are stained I cannot wear them so they need to have a way of informing me that they are getting the stain out with an aggressive method that may damage the clothes.
