Comment: Maria P. Is no longer with Tide cleaners and it shows. I bring my shirts for work in the morning and they’re ready by 6:30 every time. Since she has left the company this location has gone down hill quick. The customer service is a 3 at best. They have no clue where they’re at and no clue where my clothes are. As of today I am no longer using Tide cleaners for my dry cleaning needs. The fact that they let a tremendous asset like Maria P. Leave speaks volumes as to how they conduct business.UPDATEDecember 13, 2021I was absolutely thrilled to learn that Maria P is currently back at the location that I mentioned in the review earlier. Once I learned that she was back at the location I continue to use tide cleaners. Maria P is one of those people who loves her job and her customers and it shows. Thank you Tide cleaners for getting that lady back at that location.

Mind you, the first time I had ever met her was that previous morning! Excellent customer service!

Comment: They need to issue a ticket with item counts to their customer. Count all items before leaving the store. Brought 17 items with 10 shirts but only counted 9 shirts when I picked it up. They made a note said one shirt missing in the system. Next day I called was told I picked everything up. Was very shocked. Unless I can name the brand and color of a shirt out of 10 I randomly grabbed out of the closet which I purchased years ago I’m out of luck. Before leaving this review I went to the closet and counted again. This time I counted the shirts and not the hangers and found there are 10 shirts. One shirt hanger dropped down. The employees are really nice but they need work on their process. Employees = 6 stars, process = -1. Total 5 stars.

The clothes are barcoded and each piece is scanned so it is less likely to be lost while in the process. I highly recommend this particular store for convenience, quality, and service.
