Comment: Service excellence!! That young man’s (sorry I don’t remember his name) attitude is a blessing to his customers and to his employer, Tide Cleaners! I had only visited this establishment one time, when I dropped my clothing off. However, when I returned a few days later he remembered my name without even coming out to ask and I hadn’t completed the pre-arrival request that was sent by text to me a few days earlier. He immediately went to collect my clothing before coming outside to bring them to me! His responsiveness along with his ready smile and warm demeanor culminated in a very satisfied and repeat customer!! Thank you Sir!!

Stars updated to reflect the service I had with her.Unfortunately, I turned in my dry cleaning before 9 am on Mar 28th and one part of my order wasn’t returned later that day. The order was three pair of pants, which my husband needed before his 2:25 pm flight the next day. The rep told me they should be delivered in the morning at 9, and I could pick them up then. She did give me a 20% off coupon for the issue. Thank you! I called the following morning round 8, and the rep was not interested in ensuring my order was on the truck. I asked if I could speak to a manager, and she said she would contact her and call me back. I called again around 9 am, and no one answered at that location, and I never received a call back. We were willing to pick up the order from the hub if need be (if at all possible). When I picked up the order Thursday, as my husband was already out of Texas, I inquired with the rep again about contacting her manager or a phone number. I was told the manager didn’t answer and customers sometimes use the app to reach her. I’m sure there are protocols in place when my order wasn’t returned in a timely manner; however, I wasn’t offered any solutions. Sound customer service and training is lacking there and hopefully addressed soon. I used Tide Cleaners in Summerwood for an entire year and never had an issue with returns, customer service, etc. Please rectify! Thank you.

Comment: If at first you dont succeed, try again! Had a stained shirt that was unsuccessfully treated. The service rep asked if I wanted to leave it with them and try again at no cost. A few days later I picked it up and the stain was fully removed. Considerate and polite staff, reasonable prices, quick turnaround. What more could you ask for?

Comment: Place is nice. Went because I got a 50% off coupon in the mail. I knew it was more expensive than other places but not to the tune of nearly $10 a piece. That being said they did a good job cleaning my clothes and they were ready when promised. I dropped off 17 pieces. If I was loaded with $ I’d be a regular but right now I’ll settle for the other places.
