I have several coupons to choose from so I pick the one that’s good to use for what I am dropping off .. click it .. hand my bag to the ladies there .. they truly take good care of my household cleaning clothes needs .. it’s open to pickup 24 hours and drop box to drop offWow no need to go anywhere else.. that post oak store rocks

Comment: I’d been putting off getting a few trash bags full of clothes cleaned (moldy storage unit) because I thought it would be such a pain to take care of. When I finally gave up and took them to Tide on Post Oak, LaTasha was incredibly helpful! She helped sort things quickly and put my mind at ease about everything. I thought it would be a week or more before I got my things back, but they were done within a few days with the exception of two specialty items (wedding dress and leather jacket)! This is my new go-to cleaners for dry clean or wash and fold.

Comment: I havent even gotten my clothes back and this is my first experience with Tide Dry Cleaners. I am leaving a 5-star rating already bc never in my life has someone opened the doors of their business to service me AFTER they have already closed. Normally, its the complete opposite...people are locking their doors 2 minutes before closing time. I wasnt sure how the 24/7 drop-off worked and CARLA saw me struggling at the drop box. She opened the doors to let me in to take care of my needs. Thats above and beyond what she had to do and I APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH!! Thanks Carla.

Comment: Best dry cleaners Ive ever been to. I get my clothes dry cleaned every week and my clothes come back perfectly pressed and cleaned. They also do a fab job on alterations, all the work is done by a seamstress with 20+ years of experience.

Comment: Expensive cleaners but heres what you get - competent staff, fast service, and private key code entry to access your cleaned items after hours. That was a cool and handy feature, both for drop off and pick up. Grateful where it allowed flexibility for my work schedule. $12 to clean a pair pants in less than 24 hours.
