Theyve taken care of me and my familys dry cleaning needs for years now, and they knock it out of the park every time! Recently my daughter had to start taking more cloths due to her school uniform needs and we had a slight issue with missing cloths. The Manager took the time to check all their lines to find them, when it turned out it was a home error, they didnt get upset...no no no, they put their customer service skills into high gear and an employee offered us a Tide Bag so my daughter can keep up with her garments easier! That is AMAZING and something you dont see too much anymore these days. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you Tide Cleaners!.

I dropped off a mix of laundry and dry cleaning on Wednesday afternoon they said it would be ready after 5 the next day which is pretty good. I received a text the following morning about 8:30 am saying everything was ready. Wow. When I picked it up and checked all the shirts, no stains 2 missing buttons were replaced and with the starch they looked nice and crisp. Easy drive up to pick up and drop off. I loke the fact that you can drop off your stuff anytime and they have a kiosk where you can pick your cleaning up 24/7. I have stopped by at 5:30 am on my way to catch an early flight to pick up my business suit. They are great.

Comment: I love getting my dry cleaning done here! The kiosk makes it so I can go even when they are closed, which is great because my schedule is not the same every week. When I do go during business hours, the drive thru is quick and easy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Comment: I took my daddys suit, I had said I needed this suit cleaned as soon as possible because my daddy just passed away and went to be with Lord. They were kind,considerate and gave their condolences. When I went to pick it up,the next day. The Manager or Boss on 82nd street, said to me,that there will be no charge since my daddy passed away. I just started crying and I want to say that Tide Cleaners gave my family a blessing at the time of our sorrow. God Bless everyone at Tide Cleaners and may God Bless them,tenfold. Thsnk you. . P. S. The suit really looked magnificent on my daddy.

Comment: I rarely go to dry cleaners unless it is absolutely necessary. That will change after my amazing service at Tide. Not only was I blown away by the level of service and patient responses to my numerous questions about services and product (my kids have allergies), but I had a very, very special task. My daughters Penguin had been with her through numerous surgeries and difficult times and it showed it. This is a valued part of our family unit and I was so very nervous to have it cleaned in general. I shared this with Dawn, who took my items and was the patient explainer. I checked the next day and while everything else was ready, they told me that everything looked good but they were going to spend a bit more time on her. My dry cleaning items were great. Very well done, spot removed.So, we went to pick up our Penguin just now. I will admit we were all a bit nervous. The valet who came by knew what we were asking for. And then Dawn came out and saw it was us. She brought our sweet treasured item out in a bag. Now only was it amazingly cleaned but they had dressed our Penguin up. Truly, beyond the normal. Wonderful people, wonderful service. Thanks Dawn and co. I am a relieved mother and she is the happy lover of a clean Penguin.

Comment: I started using Tide Dry Cleaners the day it opened. I am very happy with their customer service. I travel for business so my time is very important when I am home. I always wanted someway to have after hours drop off and pick up, now I do. Very reasonable price especially for the superb service that is provided. They use the best hangers Really fill out my shoulder areas on my shirts. If their is an issue with a garment they pick up the phone and call me, not just wait for me to pick up my clothes then I find out. Good job Tom Rask.

I had a minor laundry emergency before my Tech graduation photos and not only did they fix it quickly for me, they did it free of charge as a graduation gift to me! I would drive to 98th street to use this Tide again. So wonderful!

They were so friendly and helpful. Tom, the owner, is by far one of the sweetest people youll ever meet. If you are hesitant about trying this business out, dont be. You wont be disappointed. They even provide the option for you to pick up your clothes using the kiosk if you go after hours. Talk about convenient!! I will be using them for all of my dry cleaning needs from here on out. This place rocks!!

They have never ruined a piece of clothing, which is something I can’t say about others in town.One star deduced for a few reasons: they proceeded to dry clean and charge me for a shirt with a HUGE stain on it - the shirt was obviously ruined and I’m not sure how it ended up at the dry cleaner in the first place. Second, they hang heavy knit sweaters and jackets from the shoulders instead of folding over the hanger to prevent stretching.

Comment: I never had a reason to use a dry cleaning service prior to moving into Lubbock last year. My husband accepted a promotion which moved us here and also came along with a new professional wardrobe requirement. Nothing I did got the wrinkles out of his fancy work clothes. So one day (after driving by and seeing the Tide Van parked near the road for the thousandth time) I decided to bring his clothes there on a trial of sorts. I was pretty surprised at how affordable it was to have almost an entire weeks worth of his clothes cleaned at Tide. He constantly mentions how good his clothes smell and they even replaced a button on one of his shirts that had popped off. Im in love with this place and when my budget allows I would love to start bringing my work clothes as well! I read reviews before trying Tide for the first time and I wanted to contribute in case someone else is relying on views in the future like I was. DO IT. You wont regret it.
