Comment: I had a wedding to go on Sunday. I got to the store too late on Saturday because of my son’s baseball game on Saturday then saw they were closed Sunday. I panicked as the suit we needed to pick up was fitted for an extra tall person. I called Tide cleaners emergency line the next morning. They asked Amy to go up there and get the suit for me and she gladly did it. I am so thankful and grateful that I used Tide dry cleaners. I do not think I would’ve been able to get that suit otherwise. Thank you so much Amy for taking the time out on your day off and making the wedding go as planned.

Comment: My husband and I evacuated hurricane Laura to The Woodlands. We needed laundry services before returning to Lake Charles knowing we were going home to no electricity or running water. Tide cleaners couldn’t have the laundry returned before our departure, so the attendant brought our laundry to her home and washed our clothes personally after work. We’re so thankful that she went above and beyond to help us out. It was an incredible reminder that people are GOOD!

Comment: The customer service at this location has been excellent, and the workers even remembered me after dropping off my clothes a few days later when I went to pick them up.I will say that signing up online for the service was not the best experience—I felt like the website is a bit glitchy and, more importantly, I was never contacted afterward regarding service startup (i.e. I didn’t receive a clothes bag as I should have). However, I would suggest just going to the facility the first time to get set up and you shouldn’t have any problems after that.

Comment: We use this dry cleaner for the first time a week or two ago. I was surprised at how easy it was to drive up and have someone come out to you and hand them your dry cleaning. The attendant quoted me a price before I left. That price was honored when my husband picked up his suit after it had been cleaned. Also I felt the price is reasonable for cleaning a full mens suit. Both pick up and drop off were so easy. Customer service was top notch. And my husbands suit was cleaned, pressed and beautiful. Well definitely be using Tide Cleaners again.

It’s more expensive than many other places, but after having too many dry clean only items shrunk and dress shirts torn (torn!!) at the cheap places we come out ahead sending clothes here. The clothes also smell clean, not like chemicals. Truly a case of “you get what you pay for.”

Comment: I dropped off 4 suits and a pair of pants on Friday at 11:30am. The store manager tended to me and was very nice. Told me the 9 items would be ready for pick-up by 6pm on Monday. I expected that and thought it was reasonable. I received a text message at 1pm on Saturday that my clothes were cleaned and ready for pickup. I was very pleased with the service and quality.
