We have always had really good service and our clothes was always ready when promised and often times with new buttons as I am hell on them.We recently relocated out of state and in the rush to get everything done for the move, I completely forgot about the clothes I had brought to the cleaners. Once we arrived in Colorado, I realized my error as the clothes at the cleaners was winter clothes that would surely be useful now! I called the location on Grant Road expecting to be told, sorry your error. Much to my surprise, Arely (sp) the manager listened to my dilemma and when I asked if Tide could ship the clothes to me in Colorado he never hesitated and said he would take care of everything. Well the clothes arrived in Colorado and thanks to Arely for taking personal time to package and send the clothes to me as the return address was his personal residence.This is a stellar example of customer first, customer service that seems to be lost in todays business climate.Again, a huge thank you to Arely for going above and beyond what a normal cleaners would do to satisfy a customer.

In additional to having excellent dry cleaning and laundry service, the pick and delivery service places Tide Cleaners heads above any service I’ve used in the last 25 years. Aaron, the pick up and delivery tech, is very professional and helpful. Tide Cleaners is not the cheapest dry cleaners, but the care, quality and service is at the top is worth paying a little more. I’d recommend Tide Cleaners to my friends and family.

I think it was understandable that Tide Cleaners closed my account because I dont get the service often.In fact, I usually only get the service twice a year at most and due to some major events that occurred in my life in 2019/2020, I may not have even used the service for over a years time.OK, so I understood my account being closed, but when I tried to re-register, I came to find I couldnt do it! In order to register and gain an account with Tide Cleaners website, you must have a cellphone!Well, I was pretty upset about that because I dont own any cellphones and have no intention of getting one, (my reasons are irrelevant, but its certainly nothing to do with affordability).I did fire off an email to Tide Cleaners complaining about that requirement and then gave up the idea of getting their service. I planned to search out some nearby cleaners later in the week and left it at that.However, the following day, the Tide Cleaners Concierge rang my doorbell and I was surprised to hear that he had my address as a P/U for that days route.I dont know how, but I guess the email I sent Tide Cleaners complaining about the cellphone requirement was translated to mean I needed a pick up service.I was delighted and even though it had been a year or more since the last service, I recognized the driver, (Mr. Kevin Jones). Hes a very professional and dependable concierge and it was with his assistance that I no longer feel abandoned and left to find another provider for the services that I was getting with Tide Cleaners.All I need to do is give him a call and itll get done! Their work is top-shelf and even though I may forget to request a button or two to be replaced where the old ones had been lost, Tide Cleaners takes it upon themselves to do exactly that when they find garments with missing buttons or other fasteners.Theyre dependable and I find their prices competitive and reasonable. Comment: I must have passed by this place 100 times before taking the brand name and cleaners seriously, but after finally going in recently and giving them a try I was more than pleasantly surprised. This place really knows how to serve their customers in an efficient method and does everything possible to take the work off of you at every point. When you drop off everything you can get text updates on progress is youre signed up with their eclub and you can text a number to have your order ready 15 minutes out from arrival! They also do pickup and delivery locally so you dont even have to visit the location if youve got a busy schedule. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program and also look up any current coupons in their website (there was a 50% off new customer first order coupon up when I went)

My pants are all covered in lint and hair, and one pair was folded AND pressed incorrectly. On the load before this one, I sent several brand new shirts, and one of them came back missing cuff buttons. Needless to say, I will no longer be using Tide Dry Cleaners. The increase in price was bad enough, but now that the cleaning isnt done properly, there is absolutely no benefit it using your services.EDIT: Took the garments back and this location re-laundered them at no charge. That makes it better, but its still an inconvenience.EDIT #2: 1/24/20 - After a bumpy start, I have not experienced any further issues. Pickup and drop off is easy, and the quality is good. Changing review to 5 stars.

Comment: I owe Tide Dry Cleaners a HUGE THANK YOU! My husband and I were leaving for Mexico for our wedding two weeks ago and it was Saturday at 5:10pm and he realized he forgot to pick up all his dry cleaning that day. We called and there was no answer.... I thought on a whim Id contact them via their website explaining the situation we were leaving the next morning to catch a plane early. We had a response within a couple hours and early the next morning we got a text with a locker code so we could pick up his clothes on our way to the air port. Ill be honest, we were upset when they bought out Mens Warehouse - but they completely came through for us and WE WILL BE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!!And on another note, I had worn a beautiful white dress for my Bachelorette party in New Orleans and it turned completely pink from a feather boa and drinks being spilt on me. I thought the dress was a loss, but I threw it in our bag and figured Id let them TRY! They got every single stain out. Even the drive thru attendant said she was shocked the stains came out. Once again - Tide for the win!!!

Anyway I was told I would receive a email or text letting me know when my shirt would be done,. Around 1pm I received a text and email letting my know it was already finished.Great fast service!I will definitely be returning in the future!
