Comment: I have only usedTide cleaners twice, i started using them since i no longer drive and live in a retirement home and they pick up and deliver. the fitst time I used thrm was to clean a silk tank that I spilled salad dressin on, and they had to spot clean it. i can understand the charges for that, but this time irequested they only press a new blouse and it was $14.56 just to press the blouse. I uderstand that I am paying for pick and delivery, but over $14 just to press a blouse! Seems a little steep tome!

Comment: My experience with Tide has been mixed. I dropped off 2 items on Friday, was told they’d be ready yesterday and that I’d receive a notification. I didn’t receive a notification. I went in yesterday and only 1 of my items was ready. I was told that the other was still not ready due to “quality control” and that they’d have to check for an update. They had my item today and called to let me know. They were also kind enough to waive the fees due to the delay. The communication could be better, but I was pleased with the responsiveness when I reached out to the store. I would make sure to request that they dont put creases on the front of your pants. Overall Id probably used Tide again but be prepared for delays.

It was returned a few days later and I didn’t have to do anything! Catered to what I needed and when I noticed an invoicing issue, it was quickly resolved with a personal phone call. On several occasions I was going to cancel the drive by service but then an event would come up and it was so convenient. “Oh the cleaners is coming by just put the suit or gown in the bag and leave it out” and it was picked up and returned in a timely manner without having to call anyone ever! They have also removed several stains and the clothes smell terrific (I am very sensitive to smell). Whether you need dry cleaning every wk or three times a year, I would highly recommend Tide Cleaners.

They have an expedited service, which I requested once and they forgot to bring our stuff; my husband was strapped for work clothes and I had to run to our local 24hr service in town. They did make it right by crediting that whole cleaning and apologized. I’m generally happy with them. Our driver is great! Overall it’s great, just a bit pricey and you have to plan when you need your clothes ...

As a traveler coming from Colorado to Austin for a wedding Tide cleaners cleaned and pressed my suit well before the 3pm pickup time from the day before. Not only did Tide fit into my busy weekend wedding schedule for getting my suit into tip top shape they have an after hours pickup system if I could not pick up my clothes before they closed! She walked me through the process, looked over the garments with me so I could point out a few stains, and was friendly and polite throughout my visit. My items were ready within 24 hours and checkout was quick and easy. My clothes came back in great condition and the stains came out (except the ink stain, which I expected -- I was informed that stains arent guaranteed to come out and I know ink can be a challenge). Im happy to have found Tide Cleaners and will definitely be back! I highly recommend this location.

Had to email customer service for any status update on my order. The process is completely confusing for using the lockers in my apartment building - i.e. there is no process!!!Never again.UPDATE 7/19/19: Matt the VP of Customer Experience personally called me after seeing this review. He was extremely understanding and wanted to hear my feedback directly. I explained the issues I had and he agreed that mistakes were made. He automatically refunded the full amount of my order - without me asking. He was very pleasant and explained the nature of their business being local. Comment: We switched cleaners when our location was serviced by MW Cleaners, now under the name of Tide (Cedar Park / Leander area). The fact that harsh chemicals arent used in the cleaning process was reason enough for me to make the change. The clothes smell great (before, they seriously smelled poisonous), they look great, and the service is top notch. Our area manager, Jason, has literally gone out of his way to come back by my house and pick up clothes that I forgot to leave out on the door. He is always ensuring we are happy and does his job with a smile. I wont specify who we gave our business to before, but there were many times the employees were clearly put out by the amount we dropped off and the timing of our arrival (we gave them TOO MUCH business to handle apparently). I am with my children and baby all of the time and have a husband who travels a lot. We need the kind of service Tide offers, and we will continue to give them loads of business.

Comment: These guys are kind of the Ne Plus Ultra in dry cleaning as far as I can tell. They are very very friendly, will walk out to your car, and have a really fun to use after hours self service kiosk. If you have a card on file, you can just drop off your clothes in a bad that has your name and bar code on it and they know your preferences (dry clean jackets, launder and press shirts ect.) and will do it automatically. Then if you pick up after hours you can just use the kiosk and out comes your order! Plus they do mending, alterations and other special services like back to black (making black shirts seem new again) and such. When I first went I even got a tour of the facility. They are not as cheap as your budget cleaners but the work is done there and done well. To me it is worth the extra it costs for consistent quality and the fact that I can do everything after hours since I work long hours. You are also enrolled in a rewards club that offer things like 20% off dry cleaning and such. My first two trips I had 50% off my order and 20% off respectively. From there the incentives are not as great but still help to even out the costs. Highly recommend!
