Comment: I have so much on my mind and cannot remember the young lady’s, who helped me, name. It is frustrating because she remembered me/my name when I called to check on my order dropped off the evening before. I was having someone else pick it up. I was called to see if they needed anything to do that.I previously used this location (which they provided great & consistent service then) when I was living in the area but there isn’t one near me now, so I came back this location. I wasn’t in the system and she got me set right back up. They did a wonderful job on my dry cleaning as well as provided amazing customer service. She was very sweet and very helpful. I will definitely continue to use this location no matter the distance.

When I came to pick it up, I was in my work uniform, and they extended me their First Responders service, which wound up costing me nothing. Fifty pounds of clothes, washed and folded, for free. Ive been a loyal customer ever since! I give this business my highest recommendation.

We work with Kandice often and she and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing. They are all incredibly nice and offer great customer service.Tide Cleaners will be my new go to place for dry cleaning. I never would have heard of them if it wasnt for the healthcare promo where they offered healthcare workers their services. That alone should tell you a lot about this company and how much they care about the community.All of my items always come back great, smelling nicely, stains gone, and pressed to perfection. I like that they utilize technology in notifying you about the status of your dry cleaning order. They are unique in their drive thru service where you can stay in your car and theyll load/unload your clothes for you. My honest opinion is that this is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to.Thank you Kandice and the whole Tide family for everything you have done for the community!

Comment: For dry cleaning, this place is very good. For alterations however -- go somewhere else. I paid $20 for them to fix a zipper. And they left a huge hole at the seam where the zipper ends. It looks so tacky. I had to get them redone somewhere else for a lot cheaper price.

Everyone is always extremely friendly and i believe the owner works very closely with employees for the daily operations. When I drove up this morning to drop off my bag, what appeared to be the owner greeted me with a bottle of water. Very refreshing and a great customer experience. Also, they always have samples of Tide products that you can take to try out products! The manager Lyle was SO nice and welcoming! We lost our half off coupon and he gave us another one with no hesitation and we get 20% off our next order! This was our first time and they have so many features and services like our own Tide bag for after hours drop off, valet pick up, after hours lockers, and they ate coupon driven! We fell in love! Not to mention..its Tide! We are telling all of our friends about this place!
