Comment: We needed a dress altered by 9.5inches for homecoming. I was 3 weeks postpartum and husband out of state on a trip. I couldn’t drive but needed to complete this task. I tried tide cleaners and they picked up/delivered. My delivery concierge saw my hands full with the newborn and assisted when she arrived. She even put a rush on the dress to ensure it would be ready early enough for the dance. All for more than fair pricing. Absolutely love tide cleaners and will become a loyal returning customer. Comment: Tl;dr : they reimbursed me for a shirt they lost.I was really bummed when I got my order back and one of my brand new shirts was missing. I called, they said “we’ll look into it. It could take two weeks to finish investigating.” At that point, I wasn’t very hopeful. The manager, Adam, called me and asked for a description of the shirt and in the meantime, asked me for a receipt of when I purchased the shirt so they could reimburse me. They couldn’t find the shirt, so they gave me a full reimbursement for the shirt, plus a credit on my account for the inconvenience. Adam is a stand-up guy and took responsibility (even though it wasn’t his fault necessarily), which, combined with the reimbursement, took the sting out of losing one of my favorite shirts. I appreciate their commitment to good customer service, despite the blunder.

Comment: I have been going to the Tide on Buffalo Speedway in Houston for about a half year now. My experience actually started out bad. The (now former) employee that took my 3 piece suit did not give me a ticket, and my suit was lost. It was nowhere on any of the racks, it wasnt in the baskets, and they had no records of it. When I went to get it, I was of course very upset. A very nice person named Courtney Tucker helped me out. Even though I was mad, she was very courteous and helpful. She looked everywhere, and called me often during the search. After a while, we had to call it a loss, but Courtney was able to help me get store credit for the value of the lost suit.My plan was to just use the store credit, and then try a different dry cleaner. But every time I dropped off or picked up Courtney was super nice and helpful. She even remembered my name. I just finished the rest of my store credit, but I will keep going to this dry cleaner because of Courtney.

Let me just say, Tide has knocked it out of the park when it comes to dry cleaning! My entire experience was Ah-mazing from the time I walked in, from when I left and when I came back to pick up my dry cleaning. They are taking the dry cleaning industry to another level! As the saying goes, You get what you pay for! Some may say its expensive, I say its quality! When I walked in, the 1st thing I noticed was it did not smell like a dry cleaners! No chemicals! I was greeted by a lady named Kristie, she explained to me in detail how the Tide Dry Cleaning works, how the process goes etc. I dropped off my dress in the morning and dropped of another dress that afternoon and received them both the very next day! When I looked at my dresses, they looked brand new! One I bought from the store brand new and the other one I bought at a resale store. And the one I bought brand new looked even better than when I 1st purchased it! I could go on and on; and I am NOT exaggerating! I am hooked and I am taking ALL of my clothes to Tide Cleaners from now on! They have a new customer for Life!!!!

Comment: Tide has very successfully cleaned my Queen Down comforter, my Down Bed Jacket and Down full length Robe. Everything came back beautifully packaged or hung in an air-tight package. I will send my Scottish Cashmere robe and all of my Scottish Cashmere sweaters to be cleaned. In the past I have always washed my cashmeres, however, I have no qualms about sending these items to Tide. I could not be more pleased with Tide. The very best Dry Cleaner I have ever used.

Comment: The results and convenience is great but for anything other than shirts the costs are outrageous. $25 to clean a dress, $10 to clean a pair of pants. Other cleaners do it for half of that so if MW/Tide could meet in the middle there would be a case for increasing the amount of business.
