Comment: This was my first time coming to this cleaners. Fay was very informative, professional, and polite. She answered all of my questions. The turn around time was quick and I like that they have amenities to make the process easier and more accessible. My only complaint is the fact that as a new customer, I was told that once I created a profile, I would receive coupons and to look at the website. However, when I went to the website, I did not find coupons and when I searched the word “coupons”, the site referred me to the app. In the app, I did find coupons. There was 1 in particular for downloading the app for the first time. When I went in to pick up my clothes and use the discount, Fay informed me I could not because you have to use the coupons BEFORE you drop off your clothes. I am a new customer and it is unreasonable to think that a new customer would know BEFOREHAND that a dry cleaners offers an app to get coupons. It’s almost like they don’t really want to give you a discount or are purposefully misleading/deceiving new customers.

My sweaters and chinos were all individually wrapped in bags with snap closures to prevent them from slipping off the hangers. Attention to detail is beyond other cleaners Ive used. The most crucial assessment - my sweaters and chinos were spotlessly clean and smoothed and folded. Staff honored my 30% off coupon which was emailed recently. They have free pickup/delivery which I occasionally use, but if I can pick it up a day or two earlier, then I dont mind, as this location is about 1.5 miles from my home.
