Comment: Great service, friendly staff, wonderful treatment of the clothes. Some dry cleaners use methods that age the fabrics. Not Tide. The clothes come out looking refreshed and almost newer. I have sent big items like bedspreads and they did a great job. Your clothes are an investment, gotta take care of them!

Comment: I had a hard time finding someone to wash my fire-fighting gear (pants/jacket). I called them up. They said sure we do it all the time. Theu give 1st responder discount as well.! Both my pants and mt jacket had liners in them, they cleaned and oressed them both and did a great job. Customer service was good as well. They kept me updated on qhen they were ready. I dropped them off soaking wet (as I was driving through). They had to let them drip-dry before they could actually clean them (now I know better).But the gear came pretty clean. Thank you Tide cleaners and Jessica for all the communications. 🙂🙂🙂

Comment: Using the tide bag service for vacation rentals is the way to go! I have a cabin with 10 beds to clean and 3 times that in towels! what a time saver, not to mention detergent! And I still never learned how to fold fitted sheets. Dropped off day one received back day 2. Fabulous service from Terri at the 242 harpers trace store in conroe.

I’ve been to cleaners my whole life for my professional uniform and have never been more impressed than at tide cleaners at this location.Tammie as one of those employees that anyone would love to have working for them. Comment: The do the best cleaning in the Woodlands area. However, they are more expensive than competitors and should do a better job replacing buttons when they break them. Buttons routinely break during cleaning so it’s not a big deal. Just fix the button. I shouldn’t have to ask you to replace the button.

Comment: Great location going and coming from work. Flexible hours allow me to drop off early and pick up late. Quality of service is second to none and prices are competitive for the quality. Free drop off and pick up from your home is available, but Ive yet to use it, however, it is nice to know that it is available if Id ever like to try it. Very happy, have no complaints!
