Comment: I picked up my comforter Thursday 4/27, and I can tell it was not cleaned, and it has an odor that didnt previously exist. This has never happened before, and I feel it should be addressed free of charge. I tried calling, no response. I left a message on Google and there has not been a response.Update: the manager, Celeste, reached out and offered a free cleaning to resolve my issue. I picked up my comforter last Friday and all is well now! My comforter looks and smells clean.

They are awesome very professional and super nice . Tide cleaners was able to remove a tough stain from my brand new pants!! I’m beyond grateful I had given up all hope of being able to wear them ever again!! Thanks tide cleaners and staff . Give them a try you won’t regret it !!

Comment: Everybody I have encountered there is great but Celeste needs a raise because she does a fantastic job. She knows who I am when I walk in and calls me by name. I work in customer service so I recognize good service when I see it. Also the product that tide puts out is top notch. Your clothes smell fresh not like they have been washed with 75k other peoples disgusting garments. All in all 5 out of 5 stars on the buisness and 10 out of 5 for Celeste. And freedom is also top notch and a joy to work with

They get out all of my stains and the cleaning does not leave the smell like that of other cleaners. It is so convenient as well. Love that I can drive up to drop off my clothes.

Comment: I have a lime green jacket that’s half leather and half sweater and it was heavily soiled. I took it to Tide and they did an excellent job cleaning it. The young lady that greeted me when I went to pick up my jacket was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable .

She expressed adequate understanding and confidence. Her assurance given to me about removing all stains on my jackets was absolutely kept. She’s a reliable marketer as well. I ended up dry cleaning 4 jackets at a go instead of the 2 I initially dropped in. Excellent job!!! Will certainly come again. PRINCE.

Comment: Tide Cleaners provides a high quality service, a professional staff and uses high quality products in the cleaning process. The services are VERY expensive. And yes, you pay for what you get! Tide Cleaners (TC) provides free pick up and delivery, uses cleaning products with the least harmful chemicals, the staff is excellent and there are many other benefits. It is however, EXPENSIVE.

Comment: The staff is excellent at the Holcombe location. I just think pricing covers management overhead. I should have to pay exorbitant prices for a golf shirt and only a few bucks for a dress shirt. Prices could be more uniform across the board. I will never complain about the service-they are the best!
