Comment: I tried this place for the first time earlier this year. To be honest, I was a little hesitant to go here because it’s out of my way and not that close to where I live. But I gave it a shot because of their great reviews. I have tried many dry cleaners around the area, and boy, I am very glad I gave this place a shot! I am impressed with the professionalism and great customer service at this place! It’s really hard to get that sincerity and genuineness nowadays! Also, they redid my blazer as there was still a stain with no fuss, no questions asked. I forgot to pick up the said blazer for months, and they still kept it and called me (or sent a text) to let me know that they still have it! I mean, I was just so happy because I completely forgot about that blazer! And it was already paid for. So, thank you for going that extra mile. It was greatly appreciated.

Comment: This was my first time using Tide Cleaners and I was very impressed with the service provided. I was looking for a cleaners in the area and I saw that they had a 50% coupon on their website for first time guests. I decided to take advantage of the coupon and check them out. Jamarcus was the staff member there when I dropped off my items and picked them up. He was very professional, courteous, and polite. I presented him with the coupon and filled out the ticket for my items. Very quick process and I was on my way. Communication is excellent as you receive notifications via text and email. My items were ready as promised and each item looked great. I was even given the option to text a code when I was 10 minutes from the store to allow me to skip to the head of the line to pickup my items. I didnt find it necessary to use this option since Im a patient individual. When I arrived, there wasnt anybody ahead of me, so I ended up at the head of the line anyway. 😊 After leaving the store, I received a text to rate the quality of service provided, which ofcourse was excellent. I also received some coupons in my email for future visits. It was an overall exceptional experience.
