However when I preceded the coupon to pick up my clothes the attendant said they started a new policy today, that you must present the coupon when dropping off the clothes.I never received a notice regarding the change in policy.and my coupon was not honored.Not a happy customer.

Comment: We brought in custom draperies to be dry cleaned and they shrunk. Tide Dry Cleaners made every effort to resolve the problem, first trying to stretch the draperies and then providing reimbursement when all else failed. They were courteous and professional and did not try to make excuses for their mistake. We will continue to give them our business in the future.

They were very friendly, professional, and informative. Pickled up my clothes today and they were nicely folded and smelt clean and fresh. Comment: My husband loooves heavy starch on his dress shirts. When I went to pick up his shirts for the first time, I knew right off the bat that his shirts were too limp. When I let the guys at MW know that he wanted shirts stiff as a board they didnt flinch, frown or fumble around. They explained the process (soaking them in a tub of water saturated with starch) and that the shirts would stand up all on their own when dry. All I did was nod in agreement and they sent them off for heavy starch and they came back perfect!! Thanks MW for making my life easier since I was the one that turned my husband into a starch freak in the first place.
