This thing was seriously reeky, between our dogs, and using it at the campsite. I wasnt sure anyone could clean in without destroying the fake fur.I got this home and it smalls brand the F new! I will be bringing all our coverlet to this location. The ladies were very nice; the trick is recognize they are working hard and are very busy. Take a little patience and you too will receive better service.As hard as you work in your position is as hard as others work in theirs. Give a little credit, and credit will be given to you.

Today I learned that I no longer have about 3 or 4 or my sons new shirts I just purchased for him recently. He wore them and wanted them to continue looking nice for work. Now theyre history.

I had 2 jackets done for $22 and elsewhere 8 items for less than that total. Mens shirts at $10 is not sustainable. Id do more business with more affordable pricing.

Tide Cleaners is only a little further away from my home, but they offer drive-thru service, also. However, I still want my items to be cleaned professionally and to be charged a fair price. Thats what I got recently when I went to them for the first time. My clothes are clean and pressed and the price was fair. I highly recommend them.

I wasnt sure how it worked when I went in, however the rep was super patient and walked me through the process.In two days, two weeks worth of shirts, undergarments, shorts, some sweaters, and a towel all came out smelling and looking fresh. In addition, the clothes are wrapped, which was super helpful when it randomly started raining from my car to the house.I havent done a review before, but my experience was too good not to share. I highly recommend this place if you want a convenient place to have your laundry done. 👍🏽

Comment: Update: Tide reached out to me and we were able to come up with a resolution to the problem. It was a very professional and productive interaction. As long as this level of service is continued I will stay a customer.Three weeks ago I dropped off a bunch of shirts, pants and a few sport coats. When I returned the next day all was ready except my Tommy Hilfiger Sport cost. I was told to come back the next day and they zeros out the ticket for the sports coat since it was late. However, for the 4 shirts, 4 pants and 2 other sports coats I paid just about $100, which I think is really really high compared to other places I’ve gone.I end up going out of town and come back a week later to pick up my sports coat only to be told it’s still not there. I was told the manager would call me, never received a call. I ended up going out of town again and when I return a week later I stop back by and guess what?? STILL NO SPORTS COAT! I was told they will look into it and give me a call.Well I just received that call and this is what I was told. They are claiming I already picked up the sports coat and that I must have it?!?! Then they told me I could bring back all of the clothes so they can count it out to be sure?!?! This was three weeks ago?!?! I’ve already worn some of the clothes and they are in a bag ready to take back to the dry cleaner and they are mixed with other clothes that weren’t in my original order!The manager pretty much tells me there is nothing she can do, crazy! I then call the customer service number listed on the website. After explaining the issue to the customer service agent she tells me there is nothing she can do and that she could provide me with an email address to that franchise store?! I already spoke with them why would I want to email them? Why do you have a customer service line if they can’t do anything? Is that why the service is over priced? You’re having to spend payroll for people that do nothing?On top of this one of my pairs of pants came back with a stain that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. There was a sticker that said “There’s a stain here that we’ve judged too hard to removed”. Ironically, I used a Tide pen and removed the stain in two seconds. The stain that I didn’t even put there.Long story short, save yourself from this horrible place. The people always have an attitude, especially the manager. The second you walk in the door it’s like you messed up their day!

Comment: I recently agreed to the free delivery service offered by this establishment. When my first delivery arrived it was missing three new mens shirts. I contacted the branch on Hwy 6 and they were very courteous and worked to try to reconcile the issue and trace down the location of my shirts. However, the shirts were never located and the company apologized and offered to pay the replacement cost of the shirts. I went Joseph A Banks where the shirts had been purchased and was provided with a receipt which I delivered to MW cleaners. They again apologized and said I would be refunded the cost of the shirts. I will continue to do business with this cleaners, as the employees and supervisors couldnt have been more accommodating or kind when dealing with my loss.
