Comment: Had to take a sopping wet load here when our washer at home went out in the middle of a load. A chore I was dreading turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience! The place was gleaming clean from floor to ceiling. And was well supplied with folding tables and rolling laundry baskets. The attendant was extremely helpful and friendly. She even helped me figure out the coke machine!My sister and I were so impressed with Tornado Laundromat and the kind, helpful lady who was in charge that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to any and everyone!

Comment: This was my first visit to the Tornado Laundromat and I was thoroughly impressed with this location! Lisa was the hardest worker I have ever seen. She was sweeping, mopping, scrubbing the detergent dispensers and machines, and helping customers the entire time. The laundry was clean and fast!

Comment: I want to thank Tornado Laundromat for being a safe place for me and my daughter to come wash our laundry. The place is brightly lit inside and out. It is also VERY clean. There are so many washing machines and dryers that you rarely have to wait on one. And there is every size washing machine you need. And to boot, they always play the best music.

Comment: I visited this location with my son who uses it with his wife often because they live in apartments in the area. I found the location to be very clean very well maintained and run and the associate on duty was very helpful and greatly appreciated. I found them to be a little highly priced for my taste but I understand that thats what the going rate is for laundromats nowadays. I am in a wheelchair and found location to be very wheelchairs accessible with ramps and plenty of room to maneuver inside the location ♿️ . I would recommend this location for anyone that wants a state of the art, professionally run and clean laundromat 🙏🏽 👍🏽 🙏🏽

Comment: This is the nicest, cleanest, most convenient laundry mat Ive ever used. Staff was friendly & helpful. They had a nice selection of laundry products as well as a nice selection of snacks. Almost all machines were in good working order and there were plenty. They got my clothes way cleaner. Major noticeable difference! This one beats the one at I27 & Washington, by far.

Comment: Love Tornado Laundromat!So far Ive been to 3 of them, stuck with the one on Bell street, than moved to Western street.This Tornado on Western is my to go spot for my laundry. The ladies here are AWESOME, Pleasant to be around, and straight to the point! They are always busy keeping those machines clean and running!Ive been to laundromats ALL over the USA, but Ive only been to very few that dont smell like rotten/sitting water, Mildew washers, hairy machines etc., I abosolutely hate feeling like Im paying to wash washers with my clothes! HERE...NO WORRIES!! This is NOT an issue!The washers are great. I rarely see hair in them! No Odors! Always clean & Shiny! The drivers are clean, trash free, and NO lint! The folding tables are ALWAYS clean! Bathroom is ALWAYS clean! I CANT think of anything not clean. If theres an issue, the ladies well get it taken care of! I always say, its the employees that can either make or break a place (buisness) and these employees is making it!Im not sucking up or whatever you want to call it, but Ive been to some laundromats where the customers will fight you over a laundry cart & their employees support it (SA) or employees didnt care/always on the phone, etc.Im just keeping it REAL, HONEST, GIVING THE COMPANY & LADIES the credit they EARNED!!Amarillos BEST Laundromat IS Tornado Laundromats! BUT, my FAVORITE is on WESTERN!**This is the same review I posted on facebook**
