Comment: Not much on doing reviews, but Tornado is the cleanest and in my opinion the best laundry in town.A quick note, I have allergies to most laundry products so obviously I am careful what I use. The Sudsy products they use clean well and don’t bother me at all. So if you want a clean safe environment to do you clothes, Tornado is great.

Comment: I really like this laundry mat. Workers are nice. The facility is clean and the machines work great! The dryers do almost a whole double load of laundry for .50 cents! Will use this laundry mat every time! 🙂

Comment: I used to go to the one ion Bell. That was before they opened the one on Washington. Now I won’t go to any other one. I’ve heard that it’s employees that keep the people coming back. This is so true about Patricia. She is just great!!! So helpful, friendly and just great at greeting people..People go back where they are treated the way we are supposed to. The owners are very lucky to have someone like Patricia here at this location. I love using the sudsy machines!!

Comment: Very clean, AC cooled. Attendants were helpful and pleasant. They have company specific money card activated washer and dryers, which is why I went there in the first place.I am pretty tech savvy, but I had a heck of a time getting the sequence down. Dryers were the worse, you only got 6-8 min depending on the dryer you are using and because you have to use the card to add additional time, the sequence to do so seem to take forever and I felt like it was sometimes taking my money and then not adding time or turning on the dryer?But overall, I can recommend, but it wont be my preferred option.

Comment: New laundromat in Amarillo. Stopped in as I was passing through town and needed to do my laundry. The staff were super friendly. Place wasnt busy. Machines were clean, well maintained and worked well. If youre not local you can use your credit card instead of purchasing one of their cards to use for the self service machines.Definitely a place I would stop by when passing through again and have laundry that needs to be done.

Comment: The worker Tracy was very helpful the entire time. She answered all my questions, and even showed me how to use the machines which were very up-to-date. A few of them also even have preloaded soap, bleach, and fabric softener. She told me it’s the first of its kind in the United States.
