Comment: Amazing service! We were on a road trip to Palo Duro canyon with 2 kids, so in a matter of days, we had quite a bit of laundry. We didn’t want to spend vacation time doing laundry, so we called Tornado to see about their wash and fold service. They they rushed our laundry so we could pick it up in the time frame that worked best for our travel plans! So nice! We dropped it off at about 1pm and it was ready first thing the next morning (they said they could have it done as soon as 5pm if we wanted.)They folded everything so nicely and sorted everyone’s laundry into small, tightly wrapped bags. They’re wrapped and folded so nicely, I hate to open them!

Is really an awesome place to get ones laundry done Ive been doing business with them bout a year now,And the job they do is outstanding,dont know what I would do without Tornado Laundry,Their prices and service is great, oh and the ladys that work there are really pleasant,friendly, kind and courteous but at the same time very professional makes my visits there very pleasant and enjoyable, even though I didnt win their raffle for a flat screen TV several weeks ago ! Comment: You talk about customer service this place is awesome they really they keep the place nice and clean very helpful all the time cuz theres times I get lost and confused on how to use my own card but there was a lady there that help me out assess the problem and the issue and walk me through the process of putting money on my card so that I could wash my clothes and that to me is pretty awesome very excited too knowing that theres still good people out there today and this laundromat is pretty pretty good at what they do and you guys just keep up the good work you guys are awesome thank you.

Comment: Very nice, clean place. Machines are newer but make sure you ask how to add soap and fabric softer because theres a pre was cycle and then theres the regular cycle. You need a card as the machines dont take coins. Overall it was a good experience and the ladies working there are very helpful and courteous.

Not only was she very professional, she was kind enough to come show me how to operate the machines.A laundromat is the last place I would have expected her level of stellar customer service. My experience there was very pleasant, thanks to Destiny. Kudos to her!!! She is a rock star !!! 👍

Comment: 1st time having to use a laundromat in about 15 years; things have changed for the better! The facility is very clean, and the prices are quite reasonable. The various machines are different sizes, so you only have to use the size that accommodates your load(s). Instructions on how to use them are posted everywhere, including graphics to help avoid confusion. Wash and dry times are shorter than they were 15 years ago, so you dont have to spend all day working on your clothes. Ill be returning until I get a new machine at home.

Comment: Very nice facility though i was thrown off a bit that it wasnt a coin-op. I Had brought a roll of quarters and everything. And i didnt like that i had to pay an extra dollar the first time for the reloadable card they use in lieu of the coins but other than that it was just fine. I even could use google pay and i did like that...

Comment: You do have to use one of their cards but you get 10 cents per dollar credit for the machines. $3 wash and 25 cent dryer but it cost me 75 cent to dry my load. Worker.was very nice and helpful.The place is clean and has free WiFi. With no need to sign up or log in.I will be back

Comment: If you ever need to go to a laundromat this would be the place to go. Hadnt been to a laundromat in years and absolutely dreaded going, but to my surprise it was very clean, top of the line washer/dryers and the attendant was very nice and helpful. Excellent experience!

Comment: Ive never used a laundry service before. But when on vacation, dirty clothes seem to take up more space than anything else. We stopped in amarillo for the night & the following morning looked up laundry mats. But who wants to sit at a laundry mat while on vacation? Tornado laundromat made it easy we could see some sites around town while their staff washed, dried, folded and plastic wrapped our clothing. Was worth the $38. They had it all done in 2 hours! The staff here was professional, courteous & efficient!!

Comment: New and clean laundromat with attendants who actually clean and pay attention. Uses a fancy, new-fangled card-reading system (which accepts cash and credit/debit) to pay, so dont go in expecting to use quarters. Also, a very minimal number of customers wear masks, which is something to take note of if thats important to you.

This is the cleanest, well lit and just all around impressive laundromat, by far. Congrats on that and thanks for putting the extra effort in making an already miserable chore much more enjoyable.
