Our office is located in downtown Austin and the instruction we received was incredibly relevant to our office environment. Rebecca was engaging, answered all of our questions, and really focused on making sure we understood the material. The best part? We walked away feeling feeling stronger than ever as a team. If youre trying to decide between online vs. in person training... Hands down, go with in person. Youll want your team to feel comfortable, confident, and collaborative during any emergency (big or small). Thank you for giving us just that Rebecca!!

We had our safety training with Rebecca she was awesome and very knowledgeable. She made the training fun and we all left knowing so much. We will use Rebecca for any upcoming training.

Comment: We are a company with more than 100 facilities around the world, many of them here in Texas, we fully recommend the services of UNIFIRST for all your FIRST AID & SAFETY needs. The prices are very competitive and the services provided are outstanding. We had our CPR/AED/FA Training Certification here in Dallas DFW Area for our 12 First Responders employees on 11/11/21, it was an amazing 3.5 hours training on our facility where the Trainer Rebecca from UNIFIRST AUSTIN kept all our employees very interested on the topics by showing great videos on the TVs, answering many questions professionally and putting in practice our learning at the end using electronic mannequins and interactive AED equipment. Everyone was really happy with the class including our Top Management who also attended it. The individual certificates/cards valid for 2 years were provided immediately to all the trainees. AEDs, First Aid Cabinets, Eye Wash Stations were also ordered to UNIFIRST and received immediately. Outstanding Service overall and fully recommended ! Thanks Rebecca, see you soon for the next one !

Comment: Kenneth Dunlop,Ken is a great route man here in Marble Falls. He does his job to the top of his ability. The little bit that he has, no just kidding. Joking aside, Ken is great when it comes to missing uniforms if there ever is any. He will go above and beyond to find whats missing and if thats not possible then Ken lets me know what i need to get to replace those uniforms. His personality and demeanor is what makes UniFirst a good company.

Our delivery driver, Kenneth, is always on time, in a good mood and worked with us diligently on any issues we have had with rips or tears in the clothing. A big difference from other uniform companies I have done business with.
