He keeps in contact throughout the week to ensure that he is prepared for items we may need. Adding employees to our roster and ordering uniforms is a breeze with his great communication. We love our UniFirst Longview Service. The prices are competitive and as always we are completely satisfied with not only UniFirst, but having Heath as our go to guy. If we’re needing a new employee uniform, Heath gathers the information and the uniforms get here in a quickly manner. If our employees are in need of something, Heath is ALWAYS quick and extremely helpful. He gives you updates throughout the process too. And not to mention he knows all of our names in the shop and office. Building those relationships.Working with Heath for years now, I can honestly say it’s been extremely easy and enjoyable. Always smiling, always asking if we’re good or if we’re in need of something, he will let us know if he will be out and communicates so well with us. When crews are going out of state and coming back, its nice to depend on a company to provide the crews with clean uniforms! And when I asked for suggestions to help our crews during their out of town shifts, it was nice to have someone spend time with me and help me with their experience! Go Unifirst, go unifirst! :)

Comment: I can’t say enough good about this company and the Amazing customer service they’ve given us over the past 10 plus years.Our route rep. Keith Ingram has taken care of us like we’re the only customer he has. There’s been times I forgot to order something that was on our normal delivery, I would call the office and Keith would call me back assuring me he would get it ordered. Not only did he do that but even if it wasn’t our normal delivery day, Keith made an effort to get it to us after he’d finished his regular routes during the week!I promise you if your not using Unifirst of Longview for your uniform and janitorial needs, you’re Not getting the Best Customer Service around!Nothing but Raves and Praise for this entireCustomer Service Team and it’s route guys!Keith Ingram, Thank you for always making us feel Special, for going up and above to meet our needs👏Diane

Comment: We have so many compliments about this company, that I know we will not be able to list them all. In the 11 years of me working here, we have had UniFirst. We have only had 3 drivers delivering to us during that time, which tells me that those employees are happy at their job, or it is at the least well managed. Both the previous driver Keith (promoted) and our current driver Kyle have been so good to us. I cannot tell you how many times they go out of their way to keep us happy. Both drivers make sure that I have a certain color matt for my office, it is literally the only one of that color that goes on that truck on our days. They are always so pleasant and helpful. Kyle gets here before our company gets going so that it does not interrupt our business in the slightest way. He beats me here at least 75% of the time lol, but he always greets with such a smile and friendliness that it really helps us start our mornings well and sets the day for kindness. I would highly recommend this company, they have all been so kind and helpful, also always very quick to correct any mistake, if at all, no matter how small, and very few. We will happily remain loyal customers!

Comment: Been in the restaurant industry for over 2 decades. Unifirst is an excellent company when it comes to supplying all of your towels and apron needs. We’ve been in business with them for quite a number of years and have always been treated with professionalism and timely (predictable) deliveries. Drivers are always friendly and prompt with service. They great thing about them is that they’re just folks too so if you need to make adjustments on the fly they will more then accommodate for your needs. 100% satisfied with the service they provide.

Our company has an average of 20 employees and Unifirst keeps my service guys uniforms looking updated and professional. Kyle is our current driver and has always been very helpful. I have also been impressed with Keith as a customer service manager! He has helped our company for many years as a driver and more recently as a manager. They are always able to take care of any issue we have in a timely manner and the costs are very reasonable! I highly recommend Unifirst for all of your uniform needs!
