Comment: I dropped off my leather jacket around the 21st of march. I was told it will be done beginning of April, but 4 weeks later passed and they didn’t reach out to let me know my item was done. I call them to check, I am told my jacket is done. I pick it up and go home. 65 dollars later (which cost me more than this jacket) I discover that the jacket is still stained and it smelled. It hasn’t been touched. On top of this the zipper was forcefully closed that it started ripping at the seams. I do not recommend this business. It’s pricey, they were very unprofessional, dissatisfactory service. I would give them no stars if I could.Update: I returned the item to the cleaners. They offered to fix it for me, dry clean it again and gave me 50% off on my next visit.
