Comment: I have been going to Upscale Heights Dry Cleaners for more than a year and very pleased with the service and quality that they provide for my garments. Everything is always cleaned correctly, on time and they’ve never lost any of my pieces. There have been times when I was unable to pick up my clothes in a timely manner unexpectedly and they’re always very patient and kind. What really sets them apart is their honesty: my husband left his AirPods in his pants and they pulled them out and saved them for me until I picked up the garments. We were so grateful!! I highly recommend Upscale Heights Dry Cleaners to anyone - they’re the best around.

Comment: Miranda is an exceptional clerk! I came in with two childrens hand me down dresses. I was even told by Miranda that one of the stains may not come out due to the time it sat in my closet unattended but that they would do the very best to clean it/both dresses. She was honest from the get go and I liked the heads up in advance. Low and behold the dress was cleaned and no stain!!! My daughter looked beautiful in her dress. Thank you for salvaging this dress and for your service. Thank you Miranda for being honest and efficient in your role with the store.

They offer same day service for no additional charge and Miranda consistently shows great customer service. They will have my business for a long time!

Comment: I am not sure what they use chemical wise, but my god it’s like magic. I bought a shirt and got pomegranate juice that would not come off with home remedies. I even took it to another cleaners and still it wouldn’t come off. But Upscale came through in the clutch and now I can wear my shirt without having to worry about spilling anything on it!!!!!
