Comment: The only main issue Is perhaps they need to start controlling their rollaway basket use like Aldi, place a deposit down on one and it is yours to use until finished and return it for your deposit back, I went in and cant carry in my loads without the help of a rollaway and all was in use or had items in them to show taken, all except one, with no one even remotely close, so took it to get my loads inside, after loading the machine up, an entitled women comes around the corner demanding to know where HER basket was, I offered it back but only got that karen look towards me,, the guy working went and found her another one,, I took the basket to a table and left it for someone else, I dragged my wet clothes to the dryer in their little plastic baskets, to my car, and never touched a rollaway again,

Comment: Definitely one of, if not THE best laundry facility in Abilene. Love the self-service card system, and the large variety of washers and dryers. Even on a busy day, it was rare that I had to wait for an open washer, but even then it wasnt for long.The industrial sized dryers are awesome and makes drying large loads of clothes doable. And my laundry always felt safe. I could leave to the gas station across the street to grab some food and my laundry would be left alone.The staff are very polite and helpful, and they constantly walk around sweeping and wiping down equipment. Its one of the cleanest places Ive ever seen.If you dont have a washer/dryer, go here. Very impressed by how clean and convenient everything was.

The place looks clean, and there is a waiting area with play area for kids. Also they sell some detergent and softener when needed, they also sell snacks. Bonus is that the supermarket is across the street!

They both need Recognition. My husband went to prison in nov and my daughters been in and out of hospitals after hospitals my boys both are having issues as well and I feel so alone with this. The young lady made it to were I really didn’t feel as alone as I thought I was. Both of them deserve props. Especially helping me with the laundry issues I had. This is why I have been coming to wash this way since the day it opened. I will continue to go there from here on out. Well this place was so different from what I have ever been too! The staff were so nice and attentive. The machines were all clean and working! They have different sized machines andA/C! There were about 4 televisions, wifi, snacks, the cards to use the machines were so easy to use! It was a great experience!

Was very busy (it was a Sunday afternoon) and more expensive than the competition but definitely worth it. here dryer was $2 for approx 20 minutes and the clothes were dry the first time. The competition is 25 cents for 11 minutes but you may have to run it 2 or 3 times. We will definitely be coming back here.

If you are using a credit/debit card, the least you can put on it is $5, and you can do a wash for a little as $3, so if you are only there once, that can be hard. But I find myself using the facility over and over to wash sheets and blankets. They really do get them clean.

Comment: This place is amazing so clean and secure! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The washers are anywhere from 2.50 to 10.00 just depends how big you need. I used the 5.00 one and a 2.50 one and the 5.00 one has so much more room I could of added another load! And the dryers are. 50 for 21 mins and they are huge and within an hour I had my laundry washed and dried and folded.. I recommend this place to anyone having to do their clothes away from home!! I live in Albany and I will only come here to do my laundry now. They also have washing service if u need that. And snacks and normal washing/drying stuff. This place really is the best place Ive ever been to out of all the places Ive lived.
