Comment: One of the cleanest laundromats I have ever been to. The managing attendant there was most helpful as it is a cashless system...little foreign to me... It doesnt take credit cards you have to buy a laundromat card with a credit card and then go from there. He was a great Christian man who shared many photographs he had taken of Gods creation and spoke many times of Christianity.

Comment: I was immediately thankful that the environment was clean and well lit. I would have given 5 stars if you were not required to buy a laundry card to use on the machines and you have to guess how much you will need because is is posted everywhere there are no refunds. There were lots of large washing machines and dryers. I was there on a Tuesday from 2pm-5pm and it was not busy. They sell laundry detergent, sodas etc again you need the laundry card. The bathroom is also very clean.

Comment: Clean facility, doesn’t feel dark or dingy. The staff was always really nice and very helpful, especially Austin. Mask usage was around 60 (with) / 40 (without). They do not enforce. Wi-fi is available but really spotty. Service in this area isn’t the best (Verizon). There are not many chairs or rolling laundry carts but if you come during the weekday it’s easy enough to find both.The washing machines prices seem a little steep, but I don’t visit enough laundromats to know. The biggest washing machine is $10.00 per load, medium is $8.00 and the small was $4.00. Dryers seemed to work well and cost $0.25 per 8 minutes for the smaller ones. It only took 40 minutes (5 cycles) to dry a full load of just jeans.The only complaint I have is the money conversion machine. You can’t use cash/change/debit/credit directly on the washer or dryer, instead you have to spend $0.75 to buy a Wash Zone specific reloadable card. It’s up to you to guess (or do the math) on how much you’ll need to upload on to it, they do not offer refunds or change back. The $0.75 fee is one-time only if you don’t lose the card between trips. (LPT: use bigger bills than a $1 when loading your card. The volume on the reload machine is very loud and it starts yelling the beginning of its script every time you place a bill inside of it on repeat. Kinda like a bad beatbox!I regret bringing all my $1s)This place has been great while our dryer is broken 👍 (they mentioned they offer a laundry service at 1.50 per lbs to wash, dry & fold for you iirc!)

They have various size washers & no restrictions on the items you wash. The only draw back for us was the distance, traffic from our place in Aubrey to the Laundromat. Their washers and dryers work very well and the facility is nice and clean. Their machines dont take quarters but they have laundry cards which you can easily reload in a kiosk - which is way easier than scrabbling for quarters at the end of the week! And they have WiFi :)

But this is the first one that offers a reloadable card which can be reloaded with either cash or credit/debit card; no need to be lugging around a bag of quarters, but instead a card sized washzone card. The interface is super easy and the machines are fairly new from what I can tell. Will definitely be coming back!

Attendant cleaned machines and bathrooms so facility is clean and maintained. No need to take cash because they have machines that allow you to swipe your debit or credit card and enter the amount you want loaded on a laundry card. Machines all use the laundry card so no more jammed machines or losing your money! Will DEFINITELY go back again and recommend it to others. Thank you for providing a very nice and clean place to do laundry.

The staff and other customers have always been super friendly. My favorite part.. youre able to load a swipe card using cash or credit card via easy to use machines at the location. No more fumbling with change! They also offer wash and dry drop-off services. Definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a clean, drama free place to do laundry.

Comment: I was visiting my husband for the weekend (he remodels) and my kids and I went here to get some clothes cleaned. The man that works there with his 2 children was very very nice! My kids played with his kids and he even played with my kids. He even carried on conversations. When I came in he was in there cleaning the washing machines as well. This place is very nice, clean and up kept. It was really nice to go to a laundry mat where the machines worked and the employees werent just sitting around. Definitely recommend this place. I also want to add that you get a card and put cash on it instead of having to have 10 pounds of quarters in your pockets. BTW....give your employee a raise!!! He does his job well!

No need to make change. Its not crowded with a lot of people, and the people that come are decent. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the young man that works here when I am here never speaks as of he does not want to be bothered.

Comment: Our dryer broke so we came here. The machines all seemed to be in great condition, they were quick, everything was clean (including the restrooms), and the attendant was friendly. Little Caesars within walking distance too!
