Comment: Its very clean and nice here. Youll spend $6 for the mid size load and .25 cents for all dryers. Its pretty cheap. Theres bathrooms, outlets all over, a vending machine. My wife and I were out in less than an hour with 2 huge loads of laundry. The employees are nice too, detergent per price is .75 cents if you forgot yours.

Comment: Management has been amazing along with Kaden who has always been amazing at WaveMax!! Thank you turning my horrible experience around from 1 star to 5 stars!I came to wash on 8/2723 @ 8:50p and the Open sign was off, the doors were locked and the worker that night told me I couldnt wash because he had already started cleaning. I pointed out the sign said Last load in the washer by 9pm and it wasnt 9p yet. He said we are starting to clean earlier now. I proceeded to ask so did the hours change and the signs are not updated? He said, I guess so since we clean up earlier now. I left very angry for I knew he was not being truthful for there were still customers and there was a Hispanic man standing at the counter.Now I call on 8/29/23 to get the hours and was told we close at 10p with the last wash load in by 9p. He confirmed the Sunday night worker lied!🤬The Tuesday night guy is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because he is always helpful, friendly, works hard at keeping the place clean. He needs a raise for he keeps WaveMax with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you for keeping us as customers!

Comment: I have been washing here for about 2 years! I even moved close to the one in Plano but I LOVEEEE the one in Garland so I drive 20ish minutes just to do my laundry! WaveMax in Garland is so nice and Clean. The employees are also very nice!

Comment: Clean, cool, well maintained, affordable. Washers and driers smell much better than most places. Theres not much of soap residue inside the dispensers. They run the AC when its hot and keep it cool inside Driers are hot as well.You can use either cash/coin or their app to pay. Prices are average. Their washers offer the option of adding a prewash and/or an extra rinse as well as choosing the water temperature. The washers use plenty of water. So, things get clean.They sell laundry supplies if you need. The bathroom is clean & has handsoap and toilet paper. They have a vending machine for snacks. They also have plenty of comfy cushioned chairs to sit in that fit plus size people and a kids section in the back and away from foot traffic and far from any doors.The traffic around the place us very minimal. So, its quiet. Its about a block away from a Jack n the box and about a mile away from a Walmart supercenter. Parking is really close to the door as well.Unfortunately, its NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESIBLE! There is a curb to step over instead of a ramp and the doorway has a lip on it as well. --- There are no stairs though. Isles are wide and the seats are comfortable. For my disabilities, these were helpful.

One of the washers didnt spin correctly so he did a spin cycle for me at no charge. I drive 15 minutes to use this place over the ones closest to my house.

Comment: I love this place is always so calm and clean but every time I come to wash my clothes like around 7 or 8 there always this Hispanic guy with bear he’s really rude he’s always asking are you gonna wash all that bags right now or he’s always on a hurry he can see me or other customer struggling with bags or with the machines he never ask like, how can he help us etc and that’s why I stop coming like for 2 months cause last time the machine were I was washing my stuff was throwing water and he got mad like if it was my fault and I didn’t like that he’s really really rude!!!

Comment: Clean establishment. TV options was diverse, from sports to movies to cooking shows. The cheapest washer I saw was $4.50. All dryers was 25 cent . Picture w/clothes is the $4.50 washer. Nice size for my week worth of clothing (cotton material mainly ) since my washer was getting service. They offer laundry items for purchase. They have an app option for people with no cash/coins. Good parking . Reading material for kids and teens . Drink machine . Employee was available for assistance if needed.

Comment: This place is really cool for a place to get your laundry done. My washing machine broke down and I had driven by this place and decided to check it out. The place was small but it didnt seem like it gets super crowded. As soon as you walk in you get a very modern feel.Pros:Easy to use app to pay. You can also pay with money.New washing machines/dryers.If you use the app you get a timer telling you when your stuffs done.The machines lock in place so people cant open them and take your clothes.Clean look.Cons:Kinda small.Washing clothes on the pricier side.

Comment: I had an issue in the past, & Brian the owner resolved it in a very timely manner. They’re under new ownership, & if any issues arises, he definitely holds his team accountable. The place is always spotless, and they even have Lysol disinfectant wipes to wipe down the area you are going to fold your clothes on. The washing & drying machines are top grade, no other laundromat leaves my clothes THAT CLEAN! Definitely recommend giving this place a shot!
