Comment: With overflowing laundry and not enough time in the day to do all of it, I recently tried their wash & fold laundry pickup service and I will definitely become a regular customer. I was so pleased with the entire process. The driver was super friendly, prices were very reasonable, and my huge bags of laundry came back within about 24 hours clean, neatly folded and thoughtfully organized, and smelling fresh.

Small washer will give a quick 20 minute wash for $3.00Small dryers are free with the wash. (You cant just come in here with a load of clothes to dry free.)Large dryers are only $0.50 (2 quarters) cant get any better.Staff is friendly and ready to help. For a fee they provide laundry service, even have pick up and delivery service. Give them a try.

Comment: Came here to wash my clothes because my washer and dryer couldnt be delivered on time. The facility was very clean, and there was a good amount of washer and dryers available for use. The entire process took about 1.5 hours from start to finish, but that will totally depend on how much you have to wash and dry. They have a dedicated app that can handle your digital payments, which I partially appreciated because I did not want to have to enter quarters. Its a little bit out of the way, but because of this feature, I am willing to come here to get my laundry done while I wait for my washer and dryer to arrive.

I love the kids corner and TV for my son. Now I need a laundromat again and am considering coming back even though there are other once much closer to me.

Comment: I recently discovered this laundry mat last year and guys let me tell ya, this place is on point. CLEAN! Polite staff, free donuts and coffee.(Sunday) PERK... free WiFi... free soap all day Wednesday! Free dryers all day every day. The free dryers work very good, fast.. They have the latest washing machines, equipped with wireless pay(app pay). Which is convenient. There machines take dollar coins too as well as quarters which is the norm. It cost about 1.25$ per load. Also, there’s a couple electronic sl•t game$!!! I like this place, mucho. And will continue to wersh my dirty draws there for the forseeble future. Keep up the good werk y’all, thank you so much.Side note... last wash at about9ish, they close promptly at 10pm but are laid back if you need a little more time.

Comment: This is a good place to go wash your clothes, its not hot in there, they have TVs everywhere, they have a small play area for your kids and a TV in the play area, if you wash there, its free to dry your clothes, they have someone there to keep the place clean and if you need help. They sell detergents and all other things as well. They also have an app, if you put $20 on the app, you get an extra $5 and reward money, everytimetou put $20, you will get extra money. Its very helpful when you spend a little over $20 to wash, or you can save it for the next wash. This is a good laundromat to go to. The washers and dryers work good on your clothes.

Came in, there was a problem with the system that didn’t want to take the money from the app (problem was on the back end not their fault) they took care of my washing even though it wasn’t their fault. I highly recommend. Super clean and amazing customer service

Comment: Came in here Friday, September 27th. This facility is in the middle of a grand opening. I have a flight in the morning and it is 8PM.The washer started but did nothing but spin with no water. I asked the attendant to check it, and as soon as we walked to the machine it conked out and said out of order. The poor girl didnt know what to do and she called the owner. My clothing are locked in the machine and he said the best i can do is get here in an hour. I have a 6am flightUpdate: 10/11/19Yesterday I came back to JA Wash n Dry. When I told the manager what happened the last time I was here, he immediately called his boss, which was the guy I spoke with on 9/27. I was much calmer this time and the guy said he would refund my money. I reminded him that he said he wanted to earn my business. He walked me thru setting up the app they use for an account. That signup put money on my account and he put my refund on the account immediately. The instore manager made sure to get my info for his records and made sure my app worked properly.Today I successfully washed, AND the app is pretty awesome. I paid using my phone, and I will get a text when my machine is 3 minutes before done. I also could see what machines were available before I got to the site.Big ups!!! You earned my business and respect.
